A big Winner store with plenty of parking space in front of it and amazing variety of products, I bought some stuffs and I left behind one of them on the counter and today I went there and I explained them and they refunded me for that piece.Although I couldn’t find the same thing there but whole process was so smooth and friendly , Thanks Winners?

My current mood is at 1-star.
Although I like shopping at Winners, it was extremely frustrating not being able to bring the grocery cart to my car. I had purchased a large wooden/metal pet barrier and a few other things that I would have needed to carry in multiple trips.
After transferring my items to a small rolling basket and hefting the barrier on top - I set the alarm off. The gal runs over and asks if I need help, she kneels over my basket (like she's looking at a puppy) and says 'no, your good.' Oblivious to the precarious arrangement of my purchase and awkward way I'm trying to maneuver out the door.
If you must have locks on your grocery carts, then at least school your staff to support with carry-outs. That was ridiculous.

Winners... I guess it's up to the individual shopper to figure out if it's really worth a visit. There's plenty of merchandise, but to be honest, most of it is just rather useless or tacky. It's like going to a bazaar hoping to find a one-of-a-kind item, but not necessarily finding it after all. On the other hand, their prices are not that cheap, and in some cases, you can find better deals online or at other retail stores. So why bother? It's personal, I'm not a fan...

Very bad customer service!!!I went on Saturday Jan 6 to buy a kitchen role-play for kid which is huge and a very nice staff, she used the trolley to help me dropped it at the cashier and she also let the guy at cashier knows.After paying, I asked him if they have anything to wrap or at least anything can cover the edge (because they didn’t have box only nylon plastic wrapped in the middle). He didn’t even bother to explain why they don’t have he just unhappy said no.On the way out, I didn’t even ask him for help but he’s already emphasized “I can’t go outside” I told him my husband parked right in front door and we have infant in the car. He didn’t even let me roll the trolley outside, just stopped at the second door so I had to grab my husband to help me carry that big kitchen to the car while left my infant in the car alone. I know it’s not that far but still customer service was suck.His attitude was so bad, rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If he’s not happy with the job then let someone else who really needs it. I came to shop and paid but I feel like I came to bother him. Some staffs’ face are like force to work. Very uncomfortable talking to them. I would never visit here again.
