I recently purchased a beautiful BMW wagon from The Urban Garage (via a BaT auction) and the experience was wonderful! I'd never considered buying a Canadian-market car before, but Duncan provided ALL of the needed information during the auction and was amazingly helpful after I won. He got me in touch with the right folks, facilitated door-to-door transport once I'd chosen a shipper, and the car is suberb! The car's in phenomenal shape (exactly as described by Duncan) and I'm thrilled to have it. This was hands-down the best car purchase experience I've had!

My wife and I purchased a previously owned 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door from Urban Garage in December 2022 and have been extremely happy with it. Duncan Pearce, the owner of Urban Garage, in West Vancouver, was very helpful in the acquisition process, to the extent of personally fitting 4 snow tires to the car before we picked it up. We live on the Sunshine Coast and he picked me up at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal so I could drive my new Mini home. All in all, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I heartily recommend Duncan and the Urban Garage for your next high-end car buying experience.

He is a straight shooter in a business not known for that quality. Duncan was very affable, knowledgeable and honest and he made the purchasing process much less stressful, even from thousands of kilometres away. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Duncan and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Duncan was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the car, very responsive to the questions that I had, and even spent the time to walk me through the car history including recent maintenance records and the carfax report. Masks were mandatory during the test drive which I greatly appreciated due to concerns around COVID. The pricing was extremely fair and the transaction and paper work was smooth. I will definitely be recommending The Urban Garage to others.

I had gone to Urban Garage for the Inspection of my Honda Accord and I found their service too good right from the booking of an appointment till I get the report of my vehicle . They explained me everyting in detail , answered all my questions and suggested only required things and tentative timelines to fix that problem. They will guide you properly . Overall their service is very friendly and courtious and prompt . I am very much satisfied with the service and I will surely recommend to my friend and Family . Special thanks to Joy who did my car work. He is very knowlegable and does his job very well.

Recently purchased my Porsche Boxster S from Urban Garage....sight unseen! What a great purchase, as advertised. This car with it's features and upgrades was by far the best Boxster S on the national market. Being from southern Ontario and during the Covid19 crisis, I did some due diligence before buying, however. Duncan made that experience effortless. He instilled great confidence, experience and professionalism. Definitely a great place to buy no matter where you live.
