I received wonderful service at this Telus location. Kane was super welcoming and friendly. Once I explained to him what I was looking for, he gave me plenty of options and set me up with the perfect plan. Thank you for being so kind and hooking me up with what I needed. I have an affordable plan with everything I need now. Will definitely recommend Telus at Park Royal to anybody that is looking to get a new phone plan. Keep up the awesome work!

Horrible service. The guy lied about a deal on Boxing Day. Kept pressing “bring it back”right in front of my face even when I said I do not want that multiple times.
Their system had an issue so I was told to come back the next day, and they would have my phone and exact deal on hold for me. Surprise! No phone, and the deal doesn’t even exist. They told me go to cap mall location and they will have the phone and deal. Surprise again… this deal does not exist! Literally two whole days of Telus line ups and lies to my face. The manager was standing way too close to me and getting angry when I told him it’s not right to tell customers that you will have the phone and deal on hold for them and not honour that. Yuck.
Now a year later, I get a notification from telus that it’s time to bring my phone back, and that I am in fact on a bring it back contract. Thank you so much for the lies and waste of my time and money. 14 years with Telus, we spend $5000 a year on 3 lines only to be lied to and sent on a 2 day long goose chase by a rude and sassy man. Cap mall location even said they weren’t surprised to hear about this. And now I have to deal with the lovely Telus customer service to sort this out… save your time and energy and go to a different location.

Hassan was very helpful when I had my iphone changed and ran into a sim issue. He stayed late after store close to assist me to make sure I can use my phone.

Not a good experience, at all.
Telus told me that online orders do not charge a $60 activation fee, whereas in store they charge the fee unless I get them to directly call Telus to get it waived.
I am leaving for vacation soon and the phone will not arrive in time so I called the store. They basically told me they cannot do anything and as I replied they cut me off mid sentence and said "I am with a customer right now, we'll hold the phone for you- bye"
Its very shocking that Telus would not waive a $60 fee when it costs them to ship the phone to me, rather picking it up in a store that already has stock. So much for reducing their carbon footprint and "creating a sustainable future".

One of the most ridiculous customer service experiences of my life.
Despite offering a $45 deal, we waited an hour to be told, at the point of signing, that the deal wasn't available and we would have to spend an extra $10 a month for the cheapest plan.
Despite Rogers being able to offer the $45 price the staff refused to budge. We almost walked out but, after wasting an hour of our lives they had us over a barrel.
However, the worst was still to come. Despite insisting that we needed an eSim we were given a physical SIM which required an additional 45 minutes to fix.
There was not one apology given by the awful staff. Disgusting service, avoid if you can.

This is the worst Telus store ever ! Every.
Time I go in this store.It's a problem....No customer knowledge or service. They told me to suspend my phone for the winter because I leave the country.. And then while it was suspended after two months they canceled it and gave my number to somebody else... Every time I go in for help they are not helpfully. Paul today told me it wasn't his job to help me... I have 3 phones with this company.And i've dealt with them for years and this is how you get treated... They also won't take cash to pay a bill.. I am pretty much ready to leave telus..
