I went in store to return some shoes I got online. The girl who was dealing with this called the manager or supervisor over a few times as there was a tiny mark on the bottom of the shoe from when I tried them on, after he authorised it she kept calling over different team members, she really didn’t want to give me the return for whatever reason and wouldn’t even look at me. I think they only gave me the return because my boyfriend came over as it was taking so long. Won’t come back to this store, so rude and unprofessional.

Varma is the best. Extremely helpful and very patient as we did a couple of exchanges/refunds and then found me a great pair of Timberland slip ons. Congrats on your well earned 5 stars!

Terrible store with terrible staff. Sold me floor model Uggs for my child that were already dirty. When I returned the following weekend to return them, refused to take them back.

Definitely not "hassle free returns". I've been in store for 30 minutes, with a receipt, only a week after purchasing, and still they haven't figured out how to process the return.

There is a wide variety of products (except for Merrell brand shoes) and the behavior of the employees is respectful and friendly.

I am very disappointed. The shoes I ordered were stained, and the pair I sent back after returning them were still the same. It was a blatant deception.

There was no service. Staff were more interested in talking to each other. I had ordered some shoes from another store to see if they fit. The saleslady just got me to sign to verify that i'd picked the shoes up and then she left. She didn't even ask if they fit.
The Clog Shop in North Van has amazing service and a better selection of Joseph Seibel and Bluntstones. Staff also are knowledgable and care. You aren't treated like a $ sign.

This locations is rarely open on Saturday morning when it is suppose to be. Of the last 3 two of them the store was not open almost an hour after it was scheduled to be.I'll come in specifically before work on a Saturday to only find it once again closed. I'm assuming the manager or whoever can't be bothered to be there on time. It's beyond frustrating and would not suggest stopping in unless you want to go in later in the day when they are hopefully open. It would be a 1 star review except on the occasion I was able to get into an open store I was as helped by an amazing woman (Cheryl I believe) and she made the visit wonderful. Otherwise would do no stars. But she deserves a couple. She would probably run the place better. Get your life together and open according to the mall/store scheduling

Customer service, at Park Royal store, is so bad. Pasting of a branded shoe, Converse, went off with in 20 days. We went to talk to staff about it. They were rude and very unaccommodating. Also went up to laughing these shameless people.

The old woman working with white hair today was VERY rude to a dark skin woman who was asking questions. It’s obvious the worker was being racist . Not acceptable
