Excellent service from Len. Took lots of time to find the right mattress for our needs, learned more about mattresses and sleep habits than I expected! Found something in our price range (actually - less than we expected to pay), free delivery within 72 hours, easy to track the delivery with the link provided and notifications. Delivery guys efficient & professional. The mattress is a dream to sleep on, and perfect for us. Overall, an excellent experience! If you’re coming down the S2S, head to this location, customer parking in back, and definitely ask for Len!

Excellent purchasing experience, reasonable price, good product, very excellent salesman. The problem was pickup at the Richmond Warehouse. Somehow, I just knew this was going to go wrong. The Sleep Country warehouse could not find the mattress. This resulted in No pick up. We had to change plans and re-arrange cartage for a later date.Obviously when an individual hires cartage there are schedules to meet and fees attached, can't find the product is not the delivery drivers problem. It's not very professional of Sleep Country to have caused us this problem. I am not looking for any money out of this mishap. It's just what happened, it's unprofessional and for that reason I left 2 stars. Normally, within reason, I don't care what the cost is, Sleep Country is convenient, however this experience has made us re-think things. I will consider others for our next mattress purchases. Purchasers beware, you will probably have a good purchasing experience but you will also probably have a bad delivery experience, especially if it's out of Sleep Country's regular delivery area and you have to hire your own cartage. I feel obliged to warn others. Too bad this happened, but it did and this is the 2 star result.

I had an wonderful experience here with Len Hazelton. He was an absolute professional and super helpful. When the first mattress we picked out ended up being too soft, he suggest a different type closer to what we were used to sleeping on and had the replacement delivered super fast. At first the replacement mattress felt too stiff but when we went to see him, he gave us a super simple solution to soften up the mattress (jumping on it to break it in) and boy did it ever work. I now sleep like a baby, thanks in part to Len! Highly recommended!

I wanted to give my most objective feedback and experience from Sleep Country West Vancouver.Went in the afternoon, staff wasn't there and left a note that says “be back in 10 minutes”. I waited for 20 minutes and left. Returned in a couple hours. Told sales person named Nick I wanted buy the Serta icomfort temperactive II (there is a clearance one from warehouse which was half price, I have already inquired about it from the North Vancouver location). Nick was telling me since covid had caused delivery delays and low stock, there is no more inventory and that the "floor model" they have is the last one in Vancouver. Not only that, he told me, that there will be no discount (have to pay regular price) because this last floor model is more "valuable" since it is the last one. He added "people are bidding on it". To me, sounds like he was suggesting I buy the dirty floor model one for a higher price than the listed price. I was quite astounded by his sales tactic. I left and went back to the North Vancouver store and the super nice sales ordered a clearance for me and confirmed lots of inventories for brand new ones. My mattress is scheduled it for delivery within a week.I am never stepping foot into the West Vancouver location again. Rising the price is one thing but lying to customer is definitely breaking the work ethics of any company.
