Awful customer service! I bought there magnetic lashes a week ago, and I made an appointment on the phone to have the beauty service to apply them. The lady took my appointment down which was going to be today September 14. I arrive to get them done and one of the Sephora workers said they won't apply them because I did not purchase on the day of. This was not explained to me when I made the appointment. Bad customer service! Luckily I found a really nice lady somewhere else in a hair salon at Capilano mall beside Waves coffee shop that went above and beyond to apply them and even did my makeup for the wedding I was attending that day!

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the service Jay provided my friend and I yesterday when we came in for some skincare. Jay has incredible product knowledge and top tier customer service skills. I myself also work at Park Royal and had stopped coming into this Sephora for quite a while after having a few negative experiences that made me feel really unwelcome. Yesterdays visit with Jays help made me feel seen, heard and more then welcome. Sephora needs to value employees like Jay who clearly exceed all customer expectations!!! If I could I would give 6 stars for Jay!

Caydence helped me with a foundation colour match yesterday and she knocked it out of the park.
I like a barely there foundation and my skin can be annoying to match. I originally asked about one foundation, but they didn’t have the right colour for my tone, so she brought me over to Haus Labs, and she found the most perfect foundation for me. I can’t believe how amazing it is. I’m 33 and have never had a better match! Thank you ?
