I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sax of 5th due to their abysmal customer service. discovered an ink stain onInstead of offering any kind of compensation or immediate resolution, the staff member on duty shockingly instructed me to wash the stained shirt at home first. She suggested that if the stain didn't come off, only then could I return for a potential refund.This response was not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable. A reputable establishment should take responsibility for the quality of their products and offer appropriate solutions when issues arise. Sax of 5th's response to this situation was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. It's evident that their customer service falls far below the standard one should expect from a store of their caliber.

Solid go to place for one outfit shopping for men and women. I can get a complete outfit.. shoes, shorts, shirt for $140. Staff are helpful and tell you the honest truth

I've shopped at branches of this store in the U.S. and I've been to the one at Tsawwassen Mills, but I think this might have been my first time stepping into this particular location. I don't always manage to purchase anything while shopping at this store, but on this occasion I did manage to buy something. I found some beautiful DKNY boots for $54.99! My daughter and I had been looking at a number of stylish boots in the last few days. We'd seen some by brands I'd never even heard of, that weren't nearly as stylish, unique or well constructed selling for 3 - 4 times the price of these boots. I found these boots to be quite unique in their design. They weren't at all flimsy either; rather, they felt very sturdy and well constructed. DKNY brand to top it off. For $54.99, this was an absolute bargain and I couldn't pass it up.The store was clean and spacious. Somewhat like shopping at Nordstrom Rack (selection is a bit more high end) in that you really have to hunt for the deals...but I think these boots are proof positive that if you search thoroughly enough, there are deals to be found!Service: Good

Wanted to purchase Valentino bag. Sales associate wanted to confirm price of $699.99 because he said it had been $499.99. Said I would buy it for $499 which I had also seen previously and the sales manager wouldn't agree saying it was probably newer stock. It's no wonder the store is empty always!! Won't be there for Ling I'm sure and I won't ever go back.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SHADY STORE!!! Iwas profiled at the checkout counter. I paid cash for a pair of shoes and was told by the clerk that because I was paying cash, I would not get a refund without showing ID because I was money laundering!! I was stunned. I have never been more insulted in my life. I felt like calling the police. She didn't give me my receipt or a bag for my shoes. My money is good anywhere and I will never spend it here!!! BIG MISTAKE.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAKS INTERNATIONAL. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF YOUR ITEMS DO NOT FIT. I have contacted customer services 3x and am still waiting for a refund.

Love this store, they have an extra percentage off clearance once a month which is incredible. New stuff every week, and designer gems that come in. Unfortunately not always my size but great price! I bought these amazing Alexander McQueen pants for like an 1/3 of the price! My favourite thing is the lovely staff, some incredible women always happy to help. I have seen them training new staff and they are so patient. Shout out to manager Shivan, she’s so knowledgeable but she always welcomes me by name. She is truly one of a kind, serious she deserve a promotion!

I am not sure how this store is surviving. Karl Lagerfeld jackets are not bad. They are on sale as well. Shoes are horrible. It looks like they all made on the same Chinese factory. If Valentino could see a plastic disaster ( non leather bag with a tasteless shiny logo) with his name on it, he would end up with a heart attack. It is very sad that Canadian consumers see the goods mostly made in China.

I’m an extremely unsatisfied customerI have been trying to reach out to customer service for over a month and they have been circling me to different offices which is really a joke.One office finally answered and they said they were goin to follow up which did not happen.I even emailed the customer care Director but of course no responses from them.I’m extremely disappointed in this company and I need someone to respond to me ASAP.
