I waited for 15 minutes to ask about a product with staff looking right at me and not coming to the counter. Once they did come, they said they had no idea and I would have to wait for the woman who was giving an injection to help. The other staff member asked me if I saw the brand I was asking for in the store and I had to show her where it was located. They refused to look up where I could find the product in other stores. Do not go to this Pure Pharmacy, the other locations are great.

??️??️⚧️?October 16/2023: I had my flu vaccination today.The staff was most professional polite and punctual.The pharmacy interior is clean spacious well lit and fully staffed.The varied remedies offered are recent and popular.I will return for my COVID vaccination.

Maral, the pharmacist, was incredibly professional and kind. She helped me choose the perfect supplements from the pharmacy's fantastic variety, taking the extra time to explain when and how to take them and include them in my supplement routine. I'll definitely rely on her for all my future pharmaceutical needs!

They have an incredibly nasty staff member here. I’ve already told Pure Pharmacy about my interaction with her, and as expected they didn’t do anything about it.Lecturing a customer by saying “don’t do that again” after you misheard them or had a miscommunication is not a good way of conducting business. I’m a regular customer at Pure Pharmacy, but I don’t go to or call this location anymore.

Bought an “all natural” $30 deodorant which after used ONCE caused an extremely awful burning and itchy rash for over a week. Brought it back, the pharmacist told me they don’t normally take things back like that without a DOCTORS NOTE. Oh, ok. So I have to PAY to get a doctor’s note so I can return your awful product. No APOLOGY that it caused me over a week (and counting) of rash, burn, and itching.DON’T buy anything here and expect any level of warranty or service, or even common courtesy.Makes perfect sense to wait several hours or days to get in to see a doctor at their clinic, pay $50 for a doctors note, to return a $30 deodorant that causes severe redness and discomfort. I will never buy anything here again.They do not stand behind their products! Too many “conditions” - stay away and stick to London Drugs or Shoppers.

My doctor prescribed Coamoxiclav for me. While waiting for the pharmacy technician to get it ready, i saw her putting the pills over a plate to count and with UNCOVERED hand she put them aside to put in a bottle! It was my first time getting pills from a pharmacy in such an insanitary way. I hope they change!

Excellent store. I love the very high quality products they have in stock, and their manager Bruce is knowlegable and always able to advise. The compounding pharmacy is phenomenal, and the staff are patient and cheerful. Highly recommend.

Their service and knowledge is amazing. They carry products that are harder to find. But most importantly, it feels like a traditional neighbourhood pharmacy.

The entire staff here are fantastic. Maral and her team are always courteous and have given us nothing but excellent service. The pharmacy is always busy but the staff are kind and patient with everyone - especially taking the extra time to explain details to the seniors living in West Vancouver.Hats off to this team of hardworking gals!!

Terrible pharmacy. After handing my prescription to the pharmacist, she said the medication will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. After the passage of 15 minutes, I asked her about the medicine and her response was “if you had gone to London drugs you could have waited for an hour” - well, I didn’t go to London drugs. Then she said “I need you to practice patience”. Avoid them.

I recently moved my prescriptions from a major drug store to Pure Integrated Pharmacy at 1318 Marine Drive in West Vancouver (Ambleside).I did this not only because I lost confidence in a drug store that also sells make-up, jewelry, groceries, household cleaners etc. but also because I did not feel as though the pharmacists there were authentically interested in being a health care partner to me.In moving to Pure Integrated Pharmacy in Ambleside I found a pharmacy focused on the fulfillment of medications I was being prescribed as well as their expected outcomes.The pharmacy manager, Maral Rezai, while quite professional also manages to make her customers feel that their health concerns matter whether small or large.In my case Maral recommended some natural supplements to complement a particular prescription I was taking and I found this to be very supportive and beneficial.Having natural supplements available in the same space and staffed by a very knowledgable Natural Health Advisor, Samantha Bright, reinforces their commitment to their customers health.I am able to easily renew my prescriptions via an App but they are equally happy to have you drop them off instead.My feelings are that you won't be disappointed if you choose to use the services of Pure Integrated Pharmacy at the above mentioned location.Zora Chacinski
