I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit on Sunday. While waiting in line, a female staff member unintentionally served a Canadian couple behind me, neglecting my position in the queue. Although her male colleague promptly apologized and clarified that it was an accidental oversight, the same staff member, upon returning, did not offer an apology. Instead,she glanced sideways at me without respecting. I am so angry! I cannot think anything else expect racism. This happened on Nov 12,2023 11am. That rude lady staff has a long black hair and wears the whole black. Looks like a Middle East people (Hope branch manager could investigate and retrain this staff.)

Best coffee, great location. The store has a nice ambassador, it’s tranquil and modern. Ramin helped us today, he was very professional and nice, we tried pumpkin spice latte in their bar at store, it taste really good, Ramin suggested it to us and we’re very thankful, we added autumn’s flavor to our everyday coffee routine with Nespresso capsules that we bought today!

One of the worse retail experiences ever! Showed up to store saw that there was a line up to get in the store which was very confusing as the store looked almost empty. I asked the person in front of me and they too didn’t know why we are lined up but pointed to a sign telling you to wait till called! I entered the store only to be yelled at to go back outside and wait till summoned to enter. We went back out and waited for 15 mins before we were able to go inside and the only reason it was that long was because two people in front of me got too frustrated and left. Once inside we felt rushed because there was still 6 other couples waiting behind us to get in. I wanted to buy a new machine for my office and some cups but could looked because we were rushed so only got to buy some pods and left. Is the store so stuck up that they must create a line to get in and summon us the enter just to get coffee really? This needs to change allow customers to enter the store at will and shop, take their time to look around before buying and you might actually boost your sales. You lost me as a customer and every one of my employees also heard about my experience most likely lost them all too plus the people that just gave up waiting in line. You have ruined the in store experience!

Been a Nespresso customer for almost eight years now. Been to this location a handful of times, Came in recently for an online instore pickup. It was fairly efficient. However, since covid, the mannerism for instore service can be not pleasant at times.Considering I'm spending at 4 digits annually at Nespresso annually. When I ask to try different pods, many times they limite on selection and limit all around. I still remember 2 occasions where the attitude is just not cool. I like the coffee, however the instore experience I can pass.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the Vertuo Next coffee machine that I purchased from your company. I bought the machine with high expectations, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a source of frustration for me. But how Nespresso is scammed people. 100s of people selling faulty & brand-new machine on Marketplace. Because people are not happy.On the day of purchase, the machine started leaking, and I immediately contacted your customer service for assistance. I was advised to send the machine for repair, which I did twice, but to my surprise, the machine was returned to me without any proper repair. The coffee output was never satisfactory, and the machine continued to leak, causing inconvenience and wastage of coffee.Now that the warranty period has ended, the machine is leaking again, and I am left with no option but to discard it. Your customer service representatives have advised me to purchase a new machine, which is not acceptable. It is unfair that I am being asked to pay for a new machine when the fault lies with your product.That's pure scam. Basically its force purchase even though the market price is low of that product. This is poor marketing and after service. In short, if there is problem in machine after 1 year I need to trash the machine and I loose money.I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and the service that I have received from Nespresso. As a consumer, I feel cheated and misled.

This was my first experience at this branch, and unfortunately, it wasn't a good one. When I asked a staff member what a reusable bag was, she laughed at me. I think she was also Iranian like me, as she spelled my name correctly. However, it is important for the staff to be trained in proper customer service and not to laugh at customers who are unfamiliar with certain products. It's important for staff to be polite and helpful to all customers, regardless of their level of knowledge

the fellow who helped us with an accent was very nice and knowledgeable, however when he went to provide us a sample a young gal dark hair pulled back in a pony tail was so rude in the way she asked "are you actually going buy a machine"? (well I was but not now)

I bought a coffee machine from best buy upstairs and went to this store to get coffee pods, i was asked by a sales specialist to leave store and i was treated in a way by Sales person that i couldn’t afford it. I am working as Sales specialist from past 2 years and even if a customer is not buying or just asks my advice I never ask them to leave the store. Just to let know that person or their management that NESPRESSO is just a coffee brand with a average $300 machine so please don’t make your specialist act like they are selling machines worth of money which only few can afford.
