I did not find the owner or manager whoever he was friendly at all, just made me feel awkward the entire shop. He didn’t even really do anything when I told him a pen leaked on my hand. I won’t be back to this location ever again. I said oh you must love working here and he just laughed in my face was rude the entire time.

Middle aged white guy at the counter, didn’t catch his name but wow. Worst employee I’ve encountered at all of Miniso in the lower mainland.
Was buying blind boxes for my 2 year old, the guy scanned the boxes didn’t ask if I had a membership so I told him my number. He entered it and I asked why I’m still getting normal pricing and he told me it only works for the first two weeks of activation and I’m like huh? Been to the other Minisos and you get the membership price each time.
I don’t think he knew what he was doing and why he even works there. I didn’t what to keep pestering him infront of my daughter while I created a line behind me but he needs to get out. What the point of a membership then.

Visited this mall on a vacation and was low on phone battery without a charger - we came across this miniso and asked the gentleman working there to provide a charge. He happily did it for us with his personal charger.
Excellent customer service and nice employees, I fully recommend this location.

When you accuse someone for dropping a cup or product make sure that you have all your facts before accusing a potential customer of breaking an item poor owner ship remember that you reflect your business and how you can potentially be sued for wrongful accusations

I didn’t see any rude old ladies when I went there today, but the products were mediocre. Compared to branches in Asia, there was really no highlight.

never knew i’d make a compliant about this store until today … but today this one staff decided to charge me for a “free item” from a previous order. not to mention it was a final sale item so i can’t do anything about it. i am disappointed to say the least, i hope the staff improve their service somehow.outside of that, the store is nice. just please improve service

Yesterday, when I was asking one of the employees about a product, the store manager came and started yelling at the employee and wanted to kick her out of the store. I have never seen this kind of behavior in Canada, there is no respect for the customer's right, and the management behaved very unprofessionally and constantly shouted, "I am the manager here," and she was fighting with the employees in front of my eyes , and I was very tormented. This is a clear example of bullying.

What a rude management. We bought and item that was damaged. We told them right away before living the store, and they said you should have checked before purchase! I told them this is not the way to threat a customer and their response was inappropriate.

I have an awful experience there, a Persian old lady works there since one year ago, so rude and impolite, dosen't answer and likes to make you uncomfortable about your shopping, lots of my friends dont go there recently, if u go there realize this store dosen't have client like before!!

I see that multiple people have been saying the same thing about the Asian old lady with glasses. I experienced her customer service first hand. She needs to be fired at this point! Super rude Asian karen makes me hate this miniso so much. Why would management keep an employee with this type of attitude??

I would totally give this location 0 stars if i could. Some old Asian lady with glasses is always SO GRUMPY. Whenever i visit this location, she is always talking so rudely and looking down on customers. Bad experience EVERY TIME.I really don't understand how she even has a job with that attitude. I never want to support this miniso store because of her involvement with this location. Old lady needs to get her act together. Typical moody Asian grandma.Super unpleasant experience and disappointing.

Asian lady with glasses was rude and disrespectful, I love the company but the customer service wow terrible, I wish I could give 0 stars. I hope she gets the proper training unacceptable!
