I recently had an issue with my vehicle that led to some misunderstandings about pricing and service. However, Mike and his team handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. They explained the pricing process clearly and acknowledged an oversight in part pricing. Mike offered to match the dealer's price for the parts and waived the labor charges to make up for the error.Throughout the process, the team was committed to customer satisfaction, providing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting at no extra cost. Their dedication to resolving the issue fairly and promptly was impressive.Mistakes happen, but the way they were addressed made all the difference. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend Midas at Dunderave for their excellent customer service and expertise; and I will be recommending this place to my friends.
