He locks the doors so just make sure to show up on time - we arrived a bit earlier but he let us in. The mattress showed up a week later and delivered on the same day it arrived.”

“I discovered North Shore Linens about 20 years ago. I don’t bother looking anywhere else for bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linens now. They have the best products and great prices and they are a pleasure to do business with. They are the kind of business people you want to support because they take good care of you. I was immediately impressed by their excellent products, their interest in the environment and supporting local business and as if that’s not enough they are so very knowledgeable, helpful and fun that I find myself dropping by whether I’m seriously buying or just looking to see what new in stock. I absolutely love my organic latex mattress topper, my cozy down duvets, pillows, and beautiful sheet sets and I have bought my towels, table cloths, place mats and napkins there as well as environmentally green laundry and cleaning products.I can’t recommend them highly enough. “Needing a new duvet, I was pleased to speak with Yves and benefit from his knowledge on all things sleep! I love that the duvets are made right here in North Vancouver by hand - there was no shipping charges or packaging to recycle - I ended up with the King Light Organic Wool Duvet and a wool pillow. The light Wool duvet is amazing - it's cozy & airey all at the same time - perfect in Winter & Summer. Being able to adjust the fill on the wool pillow is easy with the zipper closure. I even picked up a Chipped Latex pillow for my husband and it has improved his sleep position noticeably. It was a standout experience - thanks Yves !”
“My wife and I went to JR Furniture on Grandview in Vancouver to look for a sofa. We were greeted by salesperson Bob who was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and low pressure. We had some time constraints on delivery...this was on a Thursday. Bob told us he would have it to us on Saturday. Sure enough, he called on Friday and gave us a window for delivery. On Saturday, Bob showed up personally on time to deliver our new couch as promised. We highly recommend Bob and JR Furniture. We are repeat customers and will be again! We LOVE our new couch!! “My husband and I recently bought our new Plasmabed from Sleep Mart in North Vancouver, and we are glad we did. Unlike the other stores, Sleep Mart's salespeople were very knowledgeable and open about all their mattresses which made picking the right one for us very easy. My husband and I are very happy with our Plasmabed 1200 series Powernap mattress. It has helped significantly with my bad back and Jim's hip. I highly recommend going to Sleep Mart if you are in the market for a new bed.”

“Was looking for a hydraulic bed that was reasonably priced and delivery up to you condo suite was an option. Urban Decor exceeded my expectations. One lovely man carried the bed frame up the front stairs into the elevator into my suite probably within 10 minutes flat. Like strata would have never known, he zipped in and out. He was like Hercules. Ed was also very helpful and accommodating to my questions and schedule while ordering . So glad I found them in town! And not having to deal with a random online store who would have taken less care to help you.”

“although the shop looks inferior and old school, the staff especially James (the owner's son) is very nice and helpful. the mattress quality is good so as the bed frame. price is reasonable.i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell methey can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one cameto my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.so strongly recommend you to buy mattressand bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !thank you James and yourbrother to help me !”

“We had to be ready by 10am with the old mattress bagged for takeaway. But the delivery wasn't until 1:30pm, well past the 1pm latest delivery shown. The delivery guys were quick, polite and thorough but seemed eager to get on with their day.
We were impressed with the online tracking software showing how many deliveries were ahead of ours. But ultimately the delivery was late.”
