Masks was recommended to our friends not only because of Italian style clothing but also because of Zara’s service in West Vancouver branch, she is so caring ,polite, and does the job in professional way, she is a fashion girl and understands her customers points of view, sooo recommended, mostly because of Zara ( the sales manager in West Vancouver)

’d like to express my total satisfaction with Zara at your West Vancouver store. Zara is very pleasant, fashionable and a great sales person.I had never shopped at Maska before but I will be back as long as Zara works in the store.FarahI had another fantastic shopping experience in Maska Park Royal, today. Two weeks ago I purchased some items and Roxanna was absolutely great and helped me pick beautiful pieces. Today I went in again and Zara, the store manger (she is a delight), gave me many great points about the pieces I had bought and many many great fashion tips. She goes out of her way To help. Zara is a beautiful lady inside & out. She makes customers want to shop more!Farah

We spent more than $800 for two pieces and one of them wasn’t a good fit for my wife. Maska has just one week exchange(not return) policy and we didn’t know that. My wife had a hard time exchanging it and she is not happy with their cooperation. There is not much sizes available, meaning there’s not much choice to choose from. If you want to purchase from Maska, make sure to find the right fit at the first place otherwise you may not find anything that you like with your size and you will be stuck with your initial purchase. Long story short, their customer service is not match with their pricing.

Always have a great shopping experience with Zara. She takes care of my need, attention to the details and with a high level of professionalism. She has good knowledge of clothes, giving me good advise and recommendation. I have been shopping at Maska for two years and I really appreciate the value she brings. Thank you Zara!

Zara was amazing in helping me with what I was looking for. There was a dress that I really liked but this location didn’t have my size. She located one from a different location and brought it for me the next day. I tried it the next day when I went to pick it up and it didn’t fit properly. I wanted it for the New Year party and there was no time to get it fixed considering I was working. She arranged to drop it off for me at the alteration on her day off so I could have it for the party. She went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I really appreciate what she has done for me and will always go back to her. Thanks so much for a wonderful service Zara ?

Maska mode park Royal, Gorgeous area, Friendly service, Excellent staff. Thank you to the store manager Zara is always kind and helpful , She is extremely knowledgable, lovely and polite. She makes my shopping experience absolutely wonderful, She shows me all the options, explain them all and help me to make an informed decision, Go see Zara, She is the best.
