I would like to give a shout out to Isa who is always there to help me with a big smile and is always very helpful and kind. Every time I go into the store she is modeling a lipstick and then I usually have to buy it because it looks so good on her! A shining star! Thanks Isa.

Came in to just ask a question for my up coming wedding and was greeted with a big warm smile from Aaron and helped immediately. I know very little about makeup and was way out of my comfort zone but at no point did Aaron make me feel like it! He helped me pick out everything I need for the day and showed me how to apply it all without at any point feeling pushy or like I was being sold something. I cannot recommend him enough and I just want to thank him again for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.

The 1 staff member was great, he was so helpful and welcoming. Although they didnt remind us about using our status card and The rest of the staff seemed so busy, and running around. Kinda made it hectic feeling, and you couldnt really see the prices of items. So id give this location a 4 only cause of that 1 staff member.

The staff member here completely ignored us multiple times and was quite rude. We ended up having to find what we were looking for on our own.The +1 star here is for the person behind the till (cashier) who was so friendly it almost made up for the other staff members.This is a small stand in the larger mall area.

After being treated poorly at Sephora across the street I popped into MAC hoping for a miracle to get my make up done for my 40th birthday party that was within a few hours. The 2 lovely staff members welcomed me in and made it work while still attending to the guests that were shopping in the store. The makeup, service, ambience and over all experience was far above 5 stars. I am grateful for the amazing service I received and I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends and family. Thank you for making me feel so special on my day!!

Not the best customer service. I’ve been waiting for a lipstick on hold since November they called me and said that it’s in stock now. I just went in now to pick it up and they told me that it’s sold out and they put me on hold again. Very bad customer service
