Just went the other day for the first time, saw a pair of shoes on the clearance rack. Asked if they had my size, they didn't but I could order them online and get the same price. I went home,looked online and couldn't find them. I called the store, ask for the shoe department and was told they don't put calls through to them. Told her my problem, she took my #,called me back and told me that she could see them online and wasn't sure why I couldn't get them for the sale price. She then told me that the sales person could have ordered them for me, which was not offered to me. She said I would have to go back to the store to get them to do it. I live at 45 minutes away from the store,so not really convenient to do this. So, not a good experience at all.Part 2 of review: Simons got in touch with me,and I quickly got an email from Adam at the store. I called him, and he was very sorry about my visit. He quickly fixed the issue for me, and ordered the shoes. And they will be sent to my home in the next 7 days. Other than that Simons is a very nice store,with lots of nice things. I think I was 5 minutes into the store when I bought a purse, and I will go back for sure. Rating now 5 stars.

WOW! What great quality for excellent prices. Bought mens suits and blazers and am very impressed! True to size, nothing from CHINA, no cheap junk, just great QUALITY, PRICES, and SERVICE! Keep up the good work Simons! Merci!

It's okay. It struggles to have an identity. Throwing in racks of over the top designer clothes while trying to piggy back the pricing with their own brand will work 1 in 8... but it's really just a Bay with less style.

I love Simons so much. The staff at this store are always really in the ball despite how young many are. Really reliable delivery. I ordered a couple dresses for the holidays and they just arrived. Nice box, even in a garment bag! Love the variety of clothes from their in-house lines, something for every demographic. We also have duvet covers, a shower curtain and curtains from them. All very reasonably priced and decent quality for the price point. Always so solid.
