This place used to be great. Not so much anymore.The experience is gone - shopping is harder than it should be.Buying online is a headache - returns take over a month.

Love my ski socks, very good quality.Just went in the store to pickup my order, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I will come back to shop instead of ordering online without waiting :)I also very satisfied with Icebreaker customer service and Karl, they responded my request very quickly and friendly.
