I always get Icebreaker base layers for ice climbing and skiing. It was however my first time visiting the store to do in person shopping. I was helped by Katalina who went above and beyond to find me what I am looking for. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Very nice and welcoming.

Love my ski socks, very good quality.Just went in the store to pickup my order, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I will come back to shop instead of ordering online without waiting :)I also very satisfied with Icebreaker customer service and Karl, they responded my request very quickly and friendly.
