TWICE we went out of the way to make it to the store before closing (closing time, based on Google) and they were closed ?. How about getting your act together and change the hours with Google. Thanks for Wasting my time TWICE (not to mention Skytrain fare ?)Oh, and nobody ever answers the phone, NOBODY ?

This location is really run down and looks depressing. Escalators were blocked off, which seems to be the case at most Bay stores. Empty racks and no customers.

Terrible shopping experience half the shelves are empty. It is totally understaffed and the staff that are there barely understand what you are asking for. No wonder people shop at Amazon!!!!

My partner and I got overcharged with a full price item $26 last Saturday, we also got charge 25c for your plastic bag without being notice, I didn’t need that bag! We called you guys right away that same day after we came home and checked our receipt, something I always do due to other negative experiences! The lady on the phone told us she would contact us back this week as it was the weekend and she could not do it then, however it’s been 6 days and we still had no news! We have tried calling you last night but no one answered! This is your mistake so we should have been refunded already! I even left you my email! If I have to come back to the store to solve this issue, I won’t be patient or easy to deal with! If I don’t have someone contacting me back by the end of day today I will have to drive there, ask to talk to a manager to be refund right away! I’m also going to check the consumer law of BC as I’m pretty sure something else should be done as this is your mistake due to your system issue! It shouldn’t be our problem to deal with, a waste of our time!

I was really dissatisfied with the customer service. I bought a dress a week ago, unfortunately lost the receipt. The size didn't fit, and when I tried to return it, they refused outright. Even when I suggested to search my phone number to verify my purchase, they claimed they couldn't do that. They insisted on keeping the item without accepting a return but offered me five dollars. It's unfair that I spent fifty dollars on a dress and can't return it, only to receive five dollars in compensation. This could happen to anyone, and this store policies and services are not fair.

We bought some clothing for our sons on Bay Days last week. A bunch of it the lady said was non returnable which was fine, so we tossed the receipt. A few days later my wife realized a security tag was still on one of the jackets we bought. I just brought it back in and was told they wouldn’t take it off without the receipt. I had given my phone number when I made the purchase, so there should be a record of it but the lady said she can’t look it up. The manager reluctantly took it off after I pointed out he was insinuating that I had stolen a child’s jacket. He said he would do it this time but not next time, which is an amazing response to a mistake that was made by his employee. Mistakes happen but they should show some customer service and fix their mistake. It shouldn’t be hard to look up the transaction by my phone number which was given or even my credit card that i used to pay it. To be embarrassed in public in front of my 4 year old was uncalled for. We won’t shop here again so we won’t have to worry about “next time”.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased online a HBC stripes blanket, unfortunately, I received a wrong one, so I went to Park Royal Hudson Bay store to return it. Valery tried very hard to help me, but because the invoice and the actual item were different, the system wouldn’t let her to reimburse me. She had to call a manager. Sina went out of his way to solve my problem. He explained to me that because of the mistake they can’t take it back and I have to send it back. He helped me to pack it, printed a label, and even cared it to my car. All I had to do just drop it off at the post office. The service was outstanding! Thank you Valery and Sina.

11am on a Tuesday. Dozens of HBC employees standing around chatting, couldn't find anyone who would take payment for the Levi's I wanted to buy. Left without purchasing anything.Selection sucks. This store stinks. Suprised they're still in business.
