I love home sense whether shopping for home items or gifts. They have an extensive stock of all things home decor at very reasonable pricing. Its hard to walk out without buying something. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. Browsed at the clearance table to find overpriced broken objects. On my way out I encountered a couple who had brought their dog into the store and it peed on the floor. They started to walk away from the mess. When I called them back and asked them to clean up the mess, they said they'd get staff to do it. Someone who claimed to be a manager told me that she couldn't do anything about the dog or it's owners. This is a store that sells foods. I'll bring my dog and put money that they throw us out, even though my dog never pees indoors.

Lovely actually. The clerk at the check-out was so pleasant, nice manner about her. In this wild world right now, it was a good experience.

I have been in west Van location on Sat 29th July I saw the lamp which I’ve already purchased the same one in the same condition (one broken glass) from Homesense in Robison street two days before for $22 the item in Weat van did not have any price tag I took it to the manger and explained that I have bought same item in same condition for $22 I want to buy this one too .After keep me waiting for while he came back to me and asked for $60 .unbelievable same company two different price for same item whit huge difference.Whach your packet when ever u r walking in HomeSense Vancouver.

Has some fantastic deats on art supplies, ornamental art, and well just an assortment of items other store just dont carry. Every location may not have the same stock, so you may want to go to other locations, as all are different. We were at the west Vancouver location, which they had some very cold art pieces, indoors and out. Just a nice store to compliment items for your home, inside and out.Have fun and play, every day. Love yourself even if your mind says otherwise. You are amazing and you deserve love, abundance, joy and happiness. Blessings

I’m a customer of home sense since they opened in west vancouver. Most people are friendly and cooperative.Last week I had a problem with an outdoor furniture that cushions were stollen and was on sale and I decided to buy it. I asked the manager who was on duty last weekend and everything I asked him to help me with in order to buy the answer was no! So I decided to go on Monday and check if the outdoor furniture is still there. It was still there and I asked for the manager on duty whom I was very luck to meet her name is Nousha such a wonderful person who meets you with a big smile and did more than her best to help me.Finally I bought the outdoor set because of her outstanding remarkable service exceeding all job requirements. Thank you Nousha for your great service

Staff here are rude and attempt to close the store and control incoming traffic 10 minutes prior to their actual closing time. If you want to leave work by 6, I suggest officially closing the store earlier, not just when it’s convenient for your personal schedules.

Don’t trust their hours. The staff will rudely kick you out / physically prevent you from entering even when they are still open and they went to go home early.

It was excellent. The store has a larger stock of items than the other HomeSense stores within the Metro Vancouver area.A very friendly and helpful staff.

My wife loves this store. She shops here all the time and always brings home something nice for the house. She also goes into the international food section and finds great spices, olive oil, and snacks. A very clean, organized location with great customer service.

The price of the items are great and you can find some high quality kitchenware in there, I found a Italian small coffee maker in there and price of this in other stores is more that double. Overall I highly recommend to go there at least once.
