“This is our go to place if we need any cocktail supply in Vancouver. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. He used to be a bartender and can give you recommendations to places based on what you like. They offer a professional selection of bitters, garnishes, etc. They also had a great selection of books too if you are into reading more about cocktails.”
“Made an edit recommendation for their Sunday hours. Went by specifically to purchase a Secrid wallet on Sunday and they were very much closed. :( No biggie - the store is awesome, but figured the hours should be updated to avoid any dissappintment.”

Quality clothes, personable staff, and lots of other great goodies & gifts like candles, accessories, jewelery, home goods and decor, baby and kid items, etc.I just wish the sizing if their clothing was more inclusive (that's why it's 4 not 5 stars).I always stop in when I am in town in the area.”

Jackee (the owner) and two other beautiful staff really hyped me up when I told them that this might be perfect for my graduation.Once Jackee said she was really proud of me, I got emotional and felt special. I felt even more special when she gave me a discount as a graduation gift. I loved that the staff are all so kind and empowering others. “I experienced a minor miscommunication during my first visit at Giftworks and they resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. So, I am very pleased with their customer service and would recommend this small business. Just be sure to really familiarize yourself with their return policy (exchange/store credit only within 7 days, NO REFUNDS, and certain items are final sale). So double-check all that before you buy!”
“I was looking for a specific item, something with dandelions, for my friend's birthday. The girls who were working there took the time and put effort into trying to find something with dandelions. Unfortunately, they did not have anything with these flowers, but they have tons of other unique items. They have a good selection of gifts and second-hand books. The customer service was very good.”
