Great store with some of the most lovely workers I have ever met (despite what attention seeking reviewers might say…). Friends and I always shop in this store, staff are super friendly and polite, have been multiple times and was never treated differently because of my race or anything like that….. Super safe environment to shop and talk to staff, don’t believe what other reviews say ❤️❤️

I'm a regular shopper of free people retail stores on granville and park royal. Helpful staff. Any online orders I do through the store to get duty free purchases.

I was having wonderful day until I entered the park royal Free People shop. As soon as I walked in I noticed the sales associate following me. I thought maybe she was going to tell me the sales or ask if I needed assistance but she didn’t. I also notice she wasn’t following or assisting anyone else. I moved sections a few times to see if she would follow me and surprise surprise she did. I asked if she needed any help and she said no. I left the store, I do not shop we’re I am criminalized as soon as I walk in. As a black Women I am no stranger to this but it’s very disappointing and I will not stand quite.
