I went to get a pair of loafers and the lady helping was so nice and helpful! She had black hair with lighter tips. Great service! This was my first time shopping at ecco, will be back again.

I like their shoes. I went there for a pair that can wear for long standing hours at work. The gentleman there gave me a pair to try and l am telling you it was an amazing feeling that it removed the pressure from my knee and back. It was a quiet pricy but rather to buy that instead of changing my shoes every 6-8 months!I also got a pair of insoles for more support on the arch. In general l had a great experience in this store. Staff was nice and so informative as he knows what to offer. I tried other shoes and l finally hands up for the first offer he gave. Store was clean snd organized. I was told the shoes has 1 year of exchange warranty. However l dont think l need an exchange as after trying and changing lots of different shows , l finally find my pair.

For ten years as Ecco's customer, I bought an Ecco shoe from this store. After half an hour of walking, it tore naturally. (See the photo) I went to return, but the store manager did not accept it.Never trust this store as an Ecco representative store.

I have the Track 25 in the Bison colour. They are amazing! I shoveled snow recently and was wearing these shoes. My feet stayed warm and dry the entire time. This has never happened in the past even when wearing winter boots. A big thank you to Hendry!

Went there just last Sunday to buy a pair of shoes that caught my eye. A floor worker named Daniel really helped me out while also taking care of two other customers. He brought me all the sizes that I requested and when I was undecided between them, he gave me specific details on the shoe's appropriate fit to help me decide.Most workers I've seen, during a busy time, often leave you alone after doing the bare minimal of getting you the size you needed. Daniel, however, checked back with me with relevant advice in-between helping other customers. And all of this with a friendly attitude and a smile indicative of taking joy in helping match the proper products with the proper people.Big credits to him. I wouldn't have bought the shoes I did and would've browsed other stores first if it weren't for his great service. Another worker named Shedi also very nice.By the way, the shoes are great. It has a clean, classic design and is a joy to walk in. The price point was also very reasonable. I've seen competing shoes reach prices of $190 or more with similar designs in Pacific center. I got my sneakers for a decent $149.To brief, I am a happy customer. I love this pair of shoes.

So pleased to find ecco shoes here in Vancouver. I have some pairs that I brought home from the UK and they are the best shoes I have ever owned, bar none. After many, many miles of walking my favourite and most well used pair are well worn and still waterproof !
