I went there for my shopping. I was really confused how to find all items because no signs at all. Gratefully, one of their employees, Nasrin, was there and she helped me. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you very much!

Had a really awful experience here a while back. I'd purchased an item, and after leaving the store and walking towards the food court, an employee (or maybe a manager?) ran after me to stop me from "shoplifting". She said, "you need to pay for the things you took". I explained that I had purchased one item, paid for it, and received a receipt from the cashier, which I then showed to her, and which the cashier verified. She was extremely skeptical of this regardless. The whole situation was upsetting because it totally reeked of racial profiling. When I explained this to her she just denied it and said "I'm not a racist" without even apologizing for her accusations. She's lucky that I immediately walked away (because I was on the verge of tears), because this is absolutely the kind of thing you could and should get fired for. This was quite a while back, so I'm not sure if this employee still works there. Just never thought to leave a review about it, and curious if anyone else had an experience like this

If you’re not having to dedicate labour to cashiers due to the store almost exclusively running self-checkout, then there is no excuse to have the fridges and shelves poorly stocked.

Only one person is on till at 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon in July. There was another person behind the counter, a manager, I assume. It was extremely hot in the store, which made the wait much more unbearable.

Item defect with sharp edge. Store did not allow exchange or return. Store staff and manager had very bad customer service, completely ignorant and apathetic.

Tried to buy something from there and they won’t take my money. They want me to use self check out not interested in paying a robot would never go there go somewhere else.

Here is some tips:
After buying, you cannot return items. So be carefull of what u r buying.
Quality is almost poor but it is what u pay for. Better to buy disposable items, or items that need changing after a while.
It is also good for buying some candies and choclates since they have reasonable prices.

Avoid at all cost. Toy eill pay less elsewhere. Everything is twice as expensive more Walmart and tree times more expensive than other dollar stores. They even sell their bags for 3 times the price of every other store. A small reusable bag available for 30 or 35 cents everywhere else is a dollar. The food is more expensive too.
