“When you enter any shop, the experience can vary greatly. A truism: when you smile, the work gladly smiles back. However, the staff at Levis Park Royal have always been friendly, greeting me as I enter, asking me what I needed & then finding me clothes I want. There is nothing more pleasant when a store attendant wants to make sure you leave the store with the feeling that you want to come back because you have been treated so well. This was the case when I went to this store and Sareena helped me find what I needed. Another truism: you may not remember what a person said or did, but you will remember how they made you feel. “I came in on a cold Sunday morning to return the pants I got online (can ATHLETA start carrying petite inseam lengths in store please?) and was instantly greeted by Iris. She was so friendly and helpful and didn’t give me any hassle for returning two pairs of pants. She was wonderful and the store was immaculately organized and clean!”
“I just got stuck in the change room for half an hour cause my shirt (rip) got super stuck in one of their zip-up skirts— and I tried to get it out myself for a bit until I admitted defeat and asked for help.At least three people came to help me get my shirt out, but managed to get it slightly out enough to snip out the end of my shirt— honestly, I was fine with that bit since it's easy to sew back-up/cover it up with bottoms.Anywho, they were really patient with my struggle, and we even laughed about it since it's a rather odd situation anyone can get themselves in. “No complaints about this place, they've got a great clothing selection! You can find anything from basics to fancy clothes here all within a rather affordable price. It's got two floors with lots to choose from, a changing room, and a kid's section too. The staff are always kind and helpful and I've never had a bad experience shopping here.”
