If I don’t need to go into this store I will avoid it like the plague!
Extremely rude customer service. Terrible, I went in to buy a Nintendo switch with games and extra controllers, and had planned to purchase an iPad Pro as well, but due to the rude manner of employee interaction every time I go in there, I thought it would be better to purchase at GameStop and directly from the Apple Store.
Their customer service employees seem to think they are better than customers. Very bad and costly for Best Buy for their employees chasing away potential customers. The employees need to be replaced or have an attitude adjustment as they are pushing customers away to buy from other stores for their purchases.

Tentative, informative, and helpful staff here that are always ready to assist. I've found most of them to be friendly and professional, and the occasional deals are great too

This place is the worst. They have taken $300 from my account. I go to ask them why they say it’s because of the membership i cancelled 2 years ago and they randomly decided to get money from my card. I tell them that i had already cancelled my membership and there should be no reason as to why I should be paying this. The employee was absolutely useless. Couldn’t do anything herself. The manager was even worse. Never apologized for their mistake and had the audacity to tell me that their mistake was my issue and i had to call their customer service desk. I said i thought i was already speaking to customer service and she said that there is another branch and she absolutely can’t do anything to help me. I ask her if she can call them for me to at least speed it up and she out right refused to do anything to help me. Overall a terrible experience and this company is a thief. Don’t buy anything here you will regret it. Everyone is very unprofessional and clearly not trained in dealing with customers.

Worst staff, besides one guy that finally helped me at the end. Waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me checkout 1 thing. Maybe they think they have self checkout or something? I think they should install a self checkout because the staff sure aren’t doing it well hahah

I am a local retail business owner with stores all across Greater Vancouver and hire about 200+ employees
All my employees working at my store are equipped with 3 apple products each (iphone, ipad and Macbook) as they have to interact with customers and show them our products.
I went to this store (Best Buy Park Royal shopping center) on 2 occasions looking to add a fleet of 10 ipads, 10 Macbook pros and 10 iPhones to my new store opening up.
On both occasions, I experienced a very very unpleasant shopping experience from the young iranian/persian guy (short dark brown hair with minor side burns and a minor beard) working at their "cell phone" department right side 2 seats facing the parking lot entrance. He was wearing a blue polo, shorts and black+ blue runners.
On July 5th,2024 at around 7-8 30pm, I was in this store looking to purchase a fleet of new Apple products which totaled about 30 units (10 of each ipad, macbook and iphones) and while I was testing each product by going to my company's retail website using "safari", this young iranian/persian guy (short brown hair with minor side burns and a beard) working at their "cell phone" department 2 seats on the right side facing the parking lot entrance came up to me and told me that I cannot be using their display units to go on my website.
He then proceeded to close off each and every display unit I was testing my website on as if he was trying to prove his point. !
He did not ask me if I needed help or anything this whole time and when a different customer (Iranian/persian speaking) came by to inquire about the same Apple products on display, he was very willing to answer their questions and showed them around the products.
I felt very discriminated and felt he was bias towards me as I did not speak his language (racist).
I left that day in tears and I am not a man that cries.
I tried my luck again by visiting the same Park Royal Best Buy on July 25th,2024 at around 7 30-8 30pm by entering from the mall entrance (front side) and once again this young iranian/persian guy (short brown hair with minor side burns and a beard) working at their "cell phone" department right 2 seats facing the parking lot entrance recognized me and started following me around the store !
His work station was towards the parking lot entrance (back entrance) where the "cell phone" desks were but he suddenly appeared at the opposite side (mall entrance front side) of the store !
This was not a coincidence as I saw him run quickly to the area where I was checking out the Apple products at the opposite end (mall entrance side) of the store from his work station.
Usually when you work retail in a big department store, you would usually wander around your desk area or your half of the store. Other employees would be already at the other half standing by ready to help customers.
Once again this young iranian/persian guy (short brown hair with minor side burns and a beard) working at their "cell phone" department facing the parking lot entrance made it a statement that he was watching every move I make in the store as I noticed that he would carefully examine each Apple product I had touched and would close off the programs on it I have just tested out.
He would then stand from a short distance to monitor me without ever asking me if I needed help.
Mind you I entered from the mall entrance this time and his work station is all the way at the back and i know this as I have purchased from this location previously and each time I would see him sitting at the "cell phone" department right side 2 seats all the time. There are 4 seats in total.
Best Buy Park Royal just lost their easiest+ quickest+ biggest sale that day as I went

I've had great experiences shopping at Best Buy, and I want to highlight the excellent service provided by some of your employees, Alireza, Chrise, Nick, and Dorsa. They have been incredibly helpful every time I've visited, always going above and beyond to assist me. Their professionalism and knowledge make shopping at Best Buy a pleasure. Thanks to their efforts, I’ve consistently left the store satisfied with my purchases

Am i the only one here who shopped in this store and all their Gawd Damned items has the wrong tags?? Like are they gonna fix it or they continue false advertising?? Lol they dont even give customers credits when its their fault. I dont recommend shopping in this best buy store not unless they figure their shelf tags and item barcodes lol.

Their service clerks are working like a snail. One of the clerk told us to wait there for few minutes however it has been half an hour and no one helped us. It’s a frustrating experience.

I recently had an excellent experience at Best Buy and wanted to give a shout-out to the incredible staff. I wish I remembered everyone’s name, but Dorsa stood out right away—she helped me within seconds of arriving, guiding me through the Apple products I was interested in. While she went to the back to find the item, another gentleman kindly checked in to see if I needed anything else, making sure I was well taken care of. In the end, I left extremely satisfied with my new iPad, Apple Pencil Pro, and Microsoft Surface. Thank you to the entire team for your knowledge, support, and friendly service!

We went to Best Buy at Park Royal in Vancouver to buy a laptop. It was almost closing time, with just five minutes left before they were about to shut the doors. A young man named Arad greeted us with a warm smile and welcomed us in. Despite it being past closing time, he stayed more than an hour to help us without any hesitation. He patiently guided us through the process and made sure we were able to buy the laptop. The entire time, he was extremely polite, kind, and supportive. I am very grateful to him and hope we see more young people like him in Vancouver and around the world.

I recently bought a laptop from this store, and the lady in the sales department, Dorsa, was great—knowledgeable, patient, and she guided me properly. Thanks, Dorsa! There was also a gentleman named Nick, who was very helpful and welcoming as well. I suggest that if you're in the market for a PC or laptop, go and see these guys.
