I recently visited Aritzia to request a refund for an item, and I must say that I am appalled by the terrible customer service I received.
From the moment I stepped into the store, the staff seemed disinterested in helping me, and their attitude towards customers was outright disrespectful. When I explained my situation and requested assistance with the refund process, I was met with their selfish behavior.
The staff member who attended to me seemed unwilling to help and made no effort to resolve my issue. Their behavior left me feeling insulted and unappreciated as a customer.
I have never experienced such poor customer service in any retail store before. Aritzia clearly has no regard for the satisfaction of their customers and fails to provide even the most basic level of support. This unfortunate incident has left me with no desire to return to Aritzia, and I strongly advise others to avoid this store if they value a positive shopping experience.
Based on my encounter, I have to give Aritzia a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. This rating reflects the appalling customer service, the unprofessional behavior of the staff, and the overall unpleasant shopping experience I had at the store.

Incapable women can't answer the phone. Nothing in my size is ever in stock. Go to Robson. Way better.

I usually feel very stressed out shopping in person at any Aritzia due to pushy SAs but today I had the most pleasant experience with Hannah who was very attentive and helpful. I managed to find all the things I wanted and even items that I didn’t know I needed. Thanks Hannah!

Excellent service!!! I’m older, went in to find simple wedding dress, in some other stores close by the workers were so rude. Not Aritzia. So kind, helpful, not pushy. I work with young ppl and anyone out there saying Gen Z or alpha is not respectful—it’s not true. It’s how they’re being trained to act. And Aritzia, you’re doing great. ? ??

I'm a regular at this store, but the salesperson tonight wasn't really up to par. She didn't seem too keen on helping out. When I asked for more options, she just shrugged and said, 'You've got everything there.' And when I wanted to see more stuff, she just grabbed my size without suggesting anything else. Plus, she didn't even bother to check in on me in the fitting room, even though the store was pretty empty.

Park royal aritzia staffs are so nice and kind. Feel comfortable to shop here and i’ve never felt that at Robson location.

Fix your phones. I called multiple times and spent too long on the line waiting for someone to pick up. Whether it’s someone not answering or it’s not connected, it’s needs to be fixed as it’s frusterating to have to drive out and be disappointed when an items not in stock when that could’ve been answered over the phone.
