I would give this rating a 0 if i could. I bought a swimsuit for my little sister and the sticker for the bottoms weren’t there when she tried it on (it was the only size left so we had no choice nut to get that one swimsuit bottom) and i asked the lady checking me out if i could still return them if aren’t worn and with no sticker because there was never a sticker there in the first place and she agreed said yes it is possible. Next day i came back to return because a this small two piece bikini was $40 and she found a better swimsuit and the manager (white girl with glasses, who was there when i first purchased the items and heard everything) decides to tell me off and say they cant even do store credit no return no exchange nothing. Well miss girl you didn’t say nothing when you saw me purchase and your employee told me that i was able to return everything and the fact that she saw no sticker either and decided to leave me purchasing the items anyways without letting me know or helping her employee with misinformation. Do better girl cause i just wasted $28! All because of a sticker. At least compromise and have an exchange policy instead of leaving many customers disappointed with how you guys act towards us.This just ruined ardenes for me cause they so strict over a damn sticker.They need a store credit or exchange policy asap!

I had a terrible experience at Ardene. Not only did they charge me extra for donating, despite my clear refusal, but their customer service was abysmal. No one seemed willing to assist or listen to my concerns. A "no" should be respected. Avoid this place at all costs.

The girl with short hair and glasses that was in charge of the changing rooms was really nice and polite even though I didn't end up buying anything.

I was hoping to get good deals with my status right and the cashier wouldn't take my status card as it was outdated. With that said my card isn't a valid ID but the status number on it is still valid. Just because the card is expired doesn't mean I am not a status Indian and don't get to access to my rights to shop on Indian land with tax exemption. Be sure my fellow indigenous peoples to have a an updated status card(which takes up to 6-9months to be processed) or else you won't get a tax exemption unlike the rest of the businesses in Park Royal who do. Very unsatisfied....

I just got stuck in the change room for half an hour cause my shirt (rip) got super stuck in one of their zip-up skirts— and I tried to get it out myself for a bit until I admitted defeat and asked for help.At least three people came to help me get my shirt out, but managed to get it slightly out enough to snip out the end of my shirt— honestly, I was fine with that bit since it's easy to sew back-up/cover it up with bottoms.Anywho, they were really patient with my struggle, and we even laughed about it since it's a rather odd situation anyone can get themselves in. Thank you all who helped me out!

A very sweet brown haired girl with glasses provided me the best customer service experience today! I will definitely be back, found lots of cool stuff here and the service is better than any of the other Ardene locations I’ve visited.

I liked Arden but I stop shopping from Arden☹️Very poor costomer service specially after Sale they don’t know you anymore and they don’t try to help you at all the staff specially Dana the manager of park royal brunch is so rude to customers I bought 2 shoulder bags “:Arden brand “ after tow weeks the strap of the bag was torn and fell while I was in the bus and has shopping in my hands!I went back to the store with 2 the bags which I bought from Arden to talk to manager :Danaasking for exchange or return she didn’t help because I lost my receipt. I show bank statements she said is not acceptable! then I ask for return the second bag with the original tag attached which still I did not used and asked for store credit to buy something els again Dana the store manager she said no she can’t ! However if this is their policy then they are not professional and their policy is for cheating the costumers !Imagine how satisfied are the costomer after this experience and how they care about costomer satisfaction !!All she will do is reply my review to say I am sorry for your experience that is all .I will not go back to Arden any more and I will tell everyone about my experience to not happen again.No to Arden .

Staff, not freindly. dont care about distancing, cash registers are side by side, meaning the person paying at the cash beside is about 20cm from me. when addressing the issue I got a roll the eyes attitude ???? when I asked again politely because she didn't answer me she ignored me again toss my items in the bag and turned her back to me. I also noticed they did not clean anything including pos. and counters. it's my favorite store but I hate going there. They need to learn to be nice and at least pretend to like their job infront of costumes and not talk about their problems.

Today, I went into the store to see what things they had to offer (especially sandals), I was instantly greeted with a cheery hello and big smile from Dana. She also informed me of the great deals and helped me pick some sandals out since I couldn't decide. I ended up purchasing both since I couldn't put one back haha. Thank you ardene's and especially Dana for going over and beyond to help me today !! I can't wait to wear my new items out :)

This is the worst Ardene I have been to. The manger Dana is the worst and rudest person. I wouldn't give this place even 1 star. After clarifying with Dana that I can exchange a pair of sandal. I went back the next week and she was rude and did not exchange the product nor did she accept the fact that she said I can exchange it.
