Well there is three people in the line up. Should be a quick line up right!One cashier is gabbing about exchange rate long after the sale. The other one is helping someone who does not have all her items yet that she wants to pay for. Maybe under staffed here?? Usually it is a fun time here

This is for Aerie. So I’m hoping that a manager who can do something sees this. If I could give no stars, I would. Because absolutely nothing the three associates did was worth a star. We walked in, the store was empty and all three associates were standing at cash. Upon seeing us, there was no greeting. We walked around being stared at and no attempts were made to see what we were looking for, let us know about any deals or anything. My sister was looking through drawers to find what they needed and the girls just kept chatting at cash. One girl in a lime green sweater actually had a little scroll on her phone. Other people came in and again they got no help. One girl just had to go up to cash and ask for what she needed. One associate left to go get her wallet and then come back and buy something and then come back to the floor. She was the lead and manager on duty today. Once we were ready to pay we walked up to the cash. The girl in the lime green sweater smiled at us and nodded to tell us she could check us out. She said nothing throughout the whole transaction until she gave us our total. Had my sister not needed new undies because the airport lost her baggage, we would have left without buying anything. I thought Aerie was supposed to be a super fun and friendly girly store. Instead we got 3 girls who don’t look like they’re going to outgrow high school attitude.

The quality, color and design of their cloths are one of the best in their category. You can not compare with other products in same price range.

You are left to yourself in the fitting room. No one willing to check in and grab you other sizes. They had zero interest in helping. The fitting rooms were dirty, only saving grace was the cashier was super nice so you get two stars for her

Nothing 'outlet' about this location. Treat it as a regular AE store and you won't be disappointed.

Went in hoping to actually speak with someone to find what I was looking for, the two girls working didn’t acknowledge us as we went in and just stayed immersed in their phones, occasionally whispering to each other. Try to ask for help and was ignored. Browsed a bit more anyway and saw about five others walk in to get the same treatment. Left pretty quickly after that. Hope you guys better staff.

The customer service was terrible. One employee will talk differently to you if she doesn't think you're rich. If you're elderly, save yourself the disappointment and stay out of that store. They suck

Ive been shopping at this store for 2 years, and I always find amazing things. Plus , they always have great sales. But, its the staff that make it so much more pleasant shopping there. Everyone who works there is super helpful and nice.
