Terrible customer service at this location. Park Royal south is located on reserve land so anyone who has a First Nations status card can purchase items with tax exemption. I tried to return two pairs of shoes that I purchased at a different location and repurchase them with tax exemption (which I have done with ease at several other stores) and the female staff with died red hair was so rude and unpleasant about this request. Perhaps there wasn’t proper training on tax exemption but her attitude made me want to never return to this location again.

Very rude representative, I wanted her to change the showers full of stains for me to buy but she refused, I changed my mind and didn't buy. why???????

On Saturday evening (yesterday)I went to the Park Royal branch to try on a per of shoes, the representative Persian lady was rude and mean, the show has stains I told her to bring a new one because I wanted to buy one, bbut she refused and told me if you wanted to buy, buy this we have another per but I don't want to change. It was my birthday And I was Aldo’s customer, very rude.
