???️??️⚧️December 29/2023 (evening 8:00) lovely friendly staff…a lady staff member spent ***20+minutes filling my beer order***(she had to go into the storeroom to find extra brands for me)…the male cashier was most busy and patient with other clients…I was not in a rush and he politely dealt with me.Most professional staff!Well stocked!Clean tidy interior.A happy customer here!!

Lots of good staff gone in the past year. Loved the experience and the camaraderie but that has been lost. Recent price hikes will definitely push me to BCL instead.

Very poor customer service. Bought a case of Miller Draft. There was a broken bottle in the case. Could not see when purchasing. Returned the case. Sorry can't refund or replace the bottle??? Manager very condescending. I will not be returning and I will be making my purchases at the BC Govt stores.
