I went into this store today to purchase a drink, I didn’t have a lot of time as I was in between clients. No one at the till so I rang the bell - waited a few minutes. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me or say hi to me. I said hello, she ignored it and said my total. As someone who had worked in the service industry for 10 years, this is absolutely unacceptable. There was no reason why the cashier couldn’t at least acknowledge me or say hello. Ignoring a customer and then just rudely stating the total is not customer service. I believe the manager tried to follow me outside but after that I will not be returning to your store. Staff should be properly trained to at the very least, greet their customers.
