I recently moved here from another province. Transferring over prescriptions and coverage has been a huge hassle, and the staff at Pharmasave were always on top of it. Thanks to them, I never missed a dose or had to pay out of pocket. They truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful for them all. Excellent pharmacy!

OUTSTANDING pharmacy with the absolute best staff and efficient service! My mother is a local senior from a residence in the community and Divya (Pharmacist) and Janet (Pharmacy Assistant) both go out of their way to assist her when she comes in to have a script filled and always make her feel like a friend - so important for our seniors. They are very professional and always have empathy and knowledge with their customers! I've sat and watched how they serve clients and they treat everyone with respect and friendliness. The store is an incredibly clean, happy environment and very well stocked with all sorts of brands and lots of little extra's in the gift shop.

I called all over town looking for a particular item. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful!! Offering to put the item aside for me. Great customer service upon arrival too.

I had my first shingles shot yesterday. The lady who gave it to me was so gentle, very knowledgeable. She also gave me lots of information regarding what I might expect from the shot. All has gone well and I have very little discomfort. Really recommend this store, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

I tried to return a pair of slippers that I bought for a Christmas gift at a store about 20 minutes away. I had the receipt and the tags were still on the slippers (not possible to wear them) but the girl at the counter said she could not take them because they had a cat hair on them I questioned the fact that Pharmasave is a chain and usually one can return to a different store and she said yes that is our policy. So then I said why can't I return these and she then said we don't carry that brand of slippers. If she would have said that in the 1st place I could understand but she was rather rude when she spoke of the cat hair and would not return them. I can only hope the next time I am near the other store it will not ve past the return date! I dont think I will shop in that store for at least a year after my bad experience.
