My mother is a local senior from a residence in the community and Divya (Pharmacist) and Janet (Pharmacy Assistant) both go out of their way to assist her when she comes in to have a script filled and always make her feel like a friend - so important for our seniors. They are very professional and always have empathy and knowledge with their customers! I've sat and watched how they serve clients and they treat everyone with respect and friendliness. The store is an incredibly clean, happy environment and very well stocked with all sorts of brands and lots of little extra's in the gift shop.”

“see, i went to the store 3 times, i tough maybe the excellent service i am getting from the store staff is just a one day thing. BUT NO .. THEY WERE CONSISTENTLY HELPFUL and Kind , i would mention MR. Samy he went out of his way to help me find 2 of 3 things i couldn't , locate plus for the one remaining item he placed an order right there an then . i would also like to mention another staff in the produce area on my first visit . he saw me calculating the price vs weight of the herbs i had in my hand and offered to show me where i can have more better option for the same herb. the staff at the checkout has always been so patient , kind and intuitive . i am bad at remembering names . but i am going today again to bring the staff names as well as more pictures ( the store was stacked to perfection )”
“Me and some of my family members have been going to Save On pharmacy in West Kelowna for years now and they’ve always been so great to us. Of all the pharmacies I’ve been to they’ve always been the quickest and most helpful. I went there today and it was the first time there was a bit of a wait - I hadn’t planned ahead very well and I don’t live as close as I used to so I just didn’t have the time to wait. None of that was their problem of course, but the pharmacist was so nice about it (I believe his name was Mark) and he ended up filling my prescription in about five minutes. I really appreciated it!”
