I find it expensive for convenience items and staff is hit and miss...some are good... some not so much. Would be really awesome if they encouraged customers to not leave their little dogs in hot cars during the summer... especially since the line ups can get so long. I have a card for my dog, but lots of people don't. If someone has a dog with them they jump on them like a fat kid on a smartie!My dog is smaller than my purse, staying in a hot car even for a minute could make him very very sick. All other gas stations I have gone to in area have all been extremely welcoming to dogs

Sketchy business that takes your money at the pumps and locks their doors and turns the lights off during business hours. They don't offer receipts or address problems, however there is someone that stands inside and says "sorry I can't help you". Seriously? No head office contact either. This is fundamentally wrong.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Bit of a story here - my son had recently received a hand made stuffed animal from his aunt and was in love with it. While driving back to Vancouver from Vernon his stuffy somehow fell out at one of the stops along the way. After a lot of tears I called a few places to see if they happened to find it. I got connected with Harry, the Facilities Manager for Otter Co-op and he found the lost stuffy. Not only did he give the stuffy a fun adventure with pictures of the toy around the shop, he personally hand delivered it back to my son in Vancouver! Harry is amazing and such huge thanks to all of the Otter Co-op staff!Oh and for added interest, guess what - the stuffy was a large blue Otter! You couldn’t make that up. Might have to send Honour the Otter back to the Kelowna Co-op as a mascot in a few years!

Have been a Co-op member for a few years now. Nice to get a rebate cheque each year just for fuelling up. Co-op rewards in cash not promos

Perhaps the lowest GAS in the area issues everything inside is expensive (like most places) the membership card is worth it gas does act up like it changes pressure randomly bathrooms are clean clean store and great service!

Gas and Diesel available on each island - and TAP works, too!! Handy little store for all those last minute needs too (munchies, bread, milk, lotto tix, etc)
