DON'T USE THE CAR WASH IT DAMAGED MY PAINT.! !
Very disappointed, I have a black car and the soap damaged my paint. It left white blotches on my paint. I have tried to contact them twice regarding cut polishing to remove the milky spots on my car with no reply at all.
Not even a email , The day I went through the wash the retail store was closed for staff training or function so I couldn't get a real person to look at car. I noticed it when I was drying the car and thought it was the pollen so I ran the car through a second time thinking I didn't get the pollen off and it got worse so I know it was a bad chemical reaction.
Don't go don't trust the no touch wash. I never leave bad reviews but I don't want this to happen to you.

Does not get all the soap off. Blowers are weak and I’m left spraying off my truck in a wand wash somewhere else

Great people to deal with. Carwash can leave some minor soapy spots depending on vehicle but the price reflects its performance. Have only found one better touchless ever. Two thumbs up here.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. My truck was still completely covered in soap at the end. Paid for the supreme wash, it was a complete waste of money.

It's nice that it's a no touch car wash. Lower your expectations before using it. It left a layer of hazy dirt on a few occasions. The price list is almost unreadable and quite often the receipt printer doesn't work. Overall ok but falling into disrepair. Not many other options for a no touch car wash locally.

Price of water did not go up. Outside of payment method nothing was improved. Seems that quality of the wash went down. Why did you Jack up prices and let the quality go down? Andres…. You’re better than that…

Good value wash for $9-$13.Edit(2023-07-12): new screen and technology has bumped the Silver (cheapest) to $10.99 including tax. Still the best wash in W Kelowna.

One wash bay never works, when you pay with credit card it NEVER gives you a receipt even though it asks if you'd like one! It never takes fresh crisp bills, always spits them out. Getting pretty tired of their professionalism.

Brought my 2021 SUV through after coming up from Vancouver. The carwash stripped the paint on the trim of my SUV. To add insult to injury I've been attempting to contact them for over two months and the owners won't reply. Thanks for ruining the paint job on my SUV guys!
