Everyone was so helpful, and accommodating as I tried on what felt like the entire store looking for a new work wardrobe. In the end, I came out with 8 new work outfits, and I’ve been getting continuous compliments from my work colleagues ever since. Cannot wait to go back and do some more shopping.”

“After going to 6 competitor stores in search of the perfect raincoat, I decided to give Arc a try. I was hesitant due to the price point of their items. Not only was I being helped every step of the way, I never felt rushed. The employee who assisted me took the time to offer different styles and sizes, as well as layering options to ensure a perfect jacket.After finally narrowing down my top pick, I decided to wait on purchasing right then and there as it’s quite an investment.After about a week of pondering, I came back and the same employee greeted me and swiftly brought over the same jacket options I had been contemplating.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received, as well as my new rain jacket. I look forward to adding to my outdoor gear collection here at Arc. Thank you ?”

“LOVE this little shop. Was such a nice discovery. We always toodle in whilst charging the vehicle and browse at the new selection. I got my belly band here as well as a knit sweater dress - both are incredible quality. The prices are a bit high on some items, but the quality is absolutely worth it if you can afford it. Will be returning once baby is born, for some of those cute little knit sweaters and hats!”
“I bought some clothes and a Cotopaxi backpack. Loved both. I initially thought the shirts were quite expensive but after traveling in 40+ degree heat in Japan and the ease of handwashing and drying these items, they are invaluable!! The backpack is comfortable to wear and spacious enough to easily carry 6 days worth of clothing and other gear.”

“I love the idea of this store, but be warned that the prices are very high. When we first got there and were looking around the staff member did not acknowledge or greet us but after a while the owner/manager came out and she was a wonderful well of information about the store and their products. If you can afford it, there were some interesting pieces, and items I have not been able to find elsewhere.”

“How long has it been since you walked into a clothing store and were greeted by name? I haven't been into this wonderful shop in months, and yet Janice remembered me! She remembered my style, too, and had all sorts of suggestions to make about the myriad of new spring and summer pieces that had come in. It's never rushed here. You can take your time, have help when you want it, or be left to quietly browse on your own. What with the Italian linen, the Canadian bamboo fibre clothing, and lots in between, it's the perfect place to shop for women's clothes, both casual and business. But you have to get there early in the season! Their styles sell out really quickly. Ask Janice - she knows!”

“Loved this store!! I'm Caucasian, but was raised with a heavy Indian influence, and I fell in love with this store! The ladies are so sweet, and give great, honest recommendations. I'm finally able to find indian-inspired clothing that isn't necessarily a sari. Definitely going to be ordering online, as I live in central Alberta lol. The fabrics are gorgeous, and I love all the different styles of shirts, kraftans, dresses, pants, and skirts. Please visit if you love this style of clothing!!
