This was the most organized Winners location I have ever been to. It made shopping so much easier! The staff were lovely and kind. Wish I lived on the island so I could visit more often.

Big fan of winners, don't get me wrong. Came to Victoria for vacation and decided to visit the store. My 14lb dog just got his toe amputated by your escalator and there were blood splatters on the floor. We couldn't find a nearby staff to help get first aid so we rushed to the nearest vet right away carrying the amputated toe. It was very traumatic with blood all over my dog, myself, and my partner's car.It was an expensive lesson learned on my part.

I'm sure the selection is fine for some, but they literally don't have a kids section. Babies? Yes, plus a few toys, but no clothes for ages like 2-10.

Sometimes it has decent stuff but is inconsistent.If you're a man looking for briefs, look elsewhere all they have is boxers and boxer briefs.

I had a French lady by the name of Marie standing over top of me while I was looking at makeup and followed me around standing the store making me feel like I'm a thief. I go in there almost everyday buying treats for my dogs and spend I money there almost daily. This lady was so rude.

Small store. Clothes are packed on racks . Things could be better organized. Prices are not bad.

PLEASE PLEASE fix the high pitched buzzing noise at the top level near the street exit. It’s so awful that I cannot even shop there anymore, as I’m certain many others with sensory issues can’t as well. You’re missing out on quite a number of people’s business, which I guess doesn’t matter if you don’t value inclusivity
