I was in need 15 years ago and the Win Store helped me furnish a new start in many ways. I am eternally grateful for their care and compassion. Any good used furniture will help them continue to help other women flee abuse .

Was going to run over to the donation centre this morning and this would be my 4th attempt to drop off items but thought, even though it's a Tuesday, I'd better double check that it is one of their open days, and sure enough, it's closed today! It is super important to double check their hours before trying to drop off items because they often close early and apparently, for the day also. I'll try again tomorrow morning! I must add, the staff is wonderful if you can catch them on a work day though :)

Easy donation center for quick and convenient drop off. The only think more convenient is if I read the days they are open more clearly and don’t arrive on a closed day. 🤦♂️

Friendly crew with a great cause. Super easy to donate. They will go over everything with you-so do not expect to go and just dump everything you don’t want.

First time donating some used cloths here, staff are not very friendly nor welcoming. Just gave me a cold face telling me to leave it in the bin. No “thank you for your donation” no “ thank you and have a nice day” I’m not asking for anything just thought a kind smile would be nice since I thought I’m doing a kind thing for our community.

I have tried to donate high quality items for WEEKS. I was turned dowm in Esquimalt, on Cook Street and both times, I was directed to the warehouse. Today, being near Uptown, I wanted to drop off at the Warehouse on Ardesier. It is 2 p.m. and their website tells me that they are closed and will re-open tomorrow.I have gone out of my way to help women for years however I AM DONE emptying my gas tank in an effort to help you. Evidently, you do not need me. From now on, the Salvation Army will be the benefactors. They make it easy to help them. Thank you Salvation Army.

I recently went through two of your Thrift shops and I was surprised by your pricing. If your intentions are to be a boutique you should really give people a opportunity to try things on instead of telling them they can have a store credit.

First time dropping off used items here. An absolute pleasure to donate to. Easy in/out. Smiling greeter. I'm almost excited to go find MORE stuff to bring to them!
