This is my usual place to get supplies for my pets for the last few years,Today felt like a one off as I haven’t had service from this person before -I don’t know if the cashier tonight was just having a terrible day but she was so rude to me and cut me off and wasn’t listening. Purely from the customer service aspect of her work you could feel and tell how she didn’t want anything to be there dealing with any people. . I asked a pet related question and was met with feeling stupid, no eye contact but just blatant disregard and eye roll.No greeting, slammed the stuff on the counter, asked for phone number multiple times and entered it in wrong several times. Blank states. Told me to just wait as second when asked a question. no thank you or good bye like usual just got over $120 and feel like I should have just gone elsewhere. Green and black checkered jacket and a grey hat, blonde straight hair. Another worker was great and helpful but I don’t think anyone could cut the thick energy and dull service around her co worker. I go long periods without writing reviews they really have to shake me up or on the flip side I call and celebrate the staff.
