Would never place an order from here again. Placed an order for a BBQ that was out of stock in mid-August, and heard back at the end of September that it could be until December before it was shipped, or we had the option to pay $115 for it to be shipped here in 2 weeks. Two months went by before we heard anything back after deciding to pay the shipping, and the only answer given when I asked why the shipping took so long was “I don’t know, there were shipping delays.” Now it was been sitting in the warehouse for over a week and we can’t get ahold of anyone to schedule a pick up time. Ridiculous that we paid so much for shipping, and very poor service promising completely inaccurate shipping timeframes.

Amazing customer service!!! Purchased a sectional and custom color cushions. Unfortunately there was a little mix up with the order but the owner Dan stepped in and went out of his way to make it right. Absolutely love our new sectional and would recommend Wicker Land, Dan and his team for your patio needs!

Over promise and under deliver right to the end. Promised delivery May 15th, actual delivery June 29th. Got a series of excuses, finally they said they had the goods and I needed to pay the balance prior to delivery, which I did on on June 14th then another 2 weeks to get delivery. To top things off the delivery guys dropped off the fire table in boxes and said they weren't allowed to assemble it.

I had received very good service from them when I ordered replacement cushions for a chair; there had been an issue and it was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. This however, was a terrible experience.As a birthday gift from my husband, I ordered a lounge chair in March 2021 and was told it would be here in August. I paid a $2,000 deposit. I called in October and was told it wouldn't ship until April 2022. When I said that was too long and could they please refund my deposit, I was told they would not. The owner, Dan Wakeling, said he could give me the cushions, which had arrived but no chair. Seriously. He further said there were "tons" of people waiting for items and he couldn't refund my deposit; lots of Covid issues. Ok, not happy but I will wait until April.No one called to update me on my order by the end of April, 2022. I have just spoken to the manager, Trevor and was told he didn't know when my chair was coming. I again said I wanted a refund, as it has been almost 15 months since I gave my deposit. He also refused. I was very frustrated and exasperated and had to indicate that having received legal advice, they were not entitled to keep my deposit indefinitely, that this was not reasonable or professional. He then mocked me: "Oh my god, my lounge chair has not arrived! .....with all that's going on in the world, this is a big deal for you?" What? There's a war in Ukranine/global warming/homelessness....so by comparison, I should shut up and be glad my "biggest problem" is a piece of outdoor furniture? He then hung up on me. When I called back, he repeated his refusal to issue a refund and continued more of the "we'll look into where your chair is at."After saying I was going to take legal action, contact the BBB and post negative notices online, he again hung up with no assurance that this would be dealt with in a timely manner. He called back 10 minutes later and said they would give me a refund. And then he went on to lecture me about how HE was treated, ending the conversation with "you have a great day" and hung up. Again.And we wonder why people shop on Amazon?
