“After getting a family heirloom vintage piece of jewelry cleaned and repaired (stone reset) here, I had questions that Rafal, the owner, took much time to patiently answer, and to explain details about the piece, its history, and the materials used, which he showed me through his microscope and making sketches to clarify. Excellent service, as he was not getting any additional business out of this.
All my previous experiences with this store have been great as well.”
“I was looking for size 4.5 ring. I found one in Ann-Louise Jewellers but they don't have it in the store. I was told it takes 3 weeks to receive the ring after I ordered. However, Shardah, the assist manager, helped me ordering the ring and rushed to get it within a week as I need it for a wdding gift. I am very happy with the service. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Shardah is exceptional with her customers service skills. I would definitely buy my jewelry in the Ann-Louis again.”
