Great place. Sadly in Victoria space is a premium, so there is not as much room as I would like.

Only 3 stars because it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays - why? I see no logical reason for this. GW Victoria, you're literally closing your doors to customers when other shops around you are making money. Given that there are so many discount online retailers, your main USP is the in-store experience. Not a good look.

This is such a great location, with such a friendly and helpful staff! My boyfriend and I mentioned to an employee that we’ve been struggling with fully understanding the rules through the texts and he said that we were welcome to book a night to play and ask for help if we need it, and also told us about a bunch of events coming up for painting, Kill Team and 40k. We’ve had quite a few interactions with him (I wish I knew his name!) and he has always been really fun and informative, and never has made us feel intimidated or pressured, which we’ve definitely experienced at some hobby shops in the past. This is a great GW whether you’re a long time player or new enthusiast, five stars!

Always a good experience coming here. Spent an afternoon introducing a friend to the hobby and building his first models. Ryan the manager was amazing, coming over to help us out, show us some tips, and even just to have a casual chat about 40k. Can't reccomend this store enough if you play/are looking to get into warhammer.

Small shop but the only staff member I've ever seen there is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's a tiny shop which isn't a reflection on the service or the quality of the products.

The manager is such a good guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he even knows the fiction to help.pick out great books to read.If this dude ever leaves, I'll stop shopping there.

Was visiting the island from Liverpool uk with my son in October, saw the shop and went in. The manager was amazing and made me feel welcome! I told him that l was not sure he would be open at the time and he said dont worry l will stay open for you if need be. Again great service and great manager!

Amazing place. Like a playground, but for adults. Kids are welcome too. The store owner is very kind and willing to assist you if you have any questions or want to learn how to play or paint. Also you can always find someone to play a quick skirmish

Staff is very helpful and passionate about all things hobby related. I travel allot and have visited hobby shops all across Canada and this one is awesome!
