Went here on Boxing Day, and not sure what was going on behind the scenes but the two salespeople working the floor were some of the pushiest, most annoying salespeople I've ever encountered in a store. They'd hardly even let you stand around waiting for your partner to finish up in the change rooms without coming up you every minute (yes, that frequently) to ask if you needed anything and tell you, once again, that they will get you any sizes you need. Good luck browsing quietly and picking out your clothes yourself - they were practically tripping over each other to take the clothes off the rack for you as if you couldn't do it yourself. My partner was assailed TWICE by the SAME LADY asking him if he needed anything else or needed her to get him anything while he was waiting in line, clearly done with shopping and ready to check out after she had just helped him finish selecting his clothes before he joined the line.They just wouldn't leave you alone. The constant badgering had me so on edge that it not only made me want to leave their store ASAP and shop as little as possible there, but it also spoiled my entire desire to shop anywhere else in the mall. Their sales tactics were actively and severely negatively encouraging shopping...but maybe that was their plan all along to not be too overwhelmed on Boxing Day ?2 stars instead of 1 because at least the clothes themselves are alright. My partner really liked how soft and comfortable the jeans were.

Normally when I come to Jean warehouse I have a good experience. Was going to buy a shirt, it was all nicely folded onto the table it said - 50% off original price, saw the deal and was like okay I'll buy it get to the register and it's original price. Usually in situations it has to go for what the price is at it said clear as day 50% off, everything was folded and placed there by workers.But nothing was done about it. Just sorry wrong place.

For decades, I went to various stores to buy jeans. Very rarely did I find good fitting jeans for a good price.I came into the Hillside store 3 yrs ago, and that was the last time I looked for anywhere else to buy jeans. Every time I have gone in, within seconds I was greeted by a staff member, and asked if they could help me.After the first purchase, which was my best jean purchase in my life, I now just walk in and say, this is what I am looking for.A staff member will take me right to what I need and show me any variations that are available. Usually there is a good sale going on too.I would recommend this store to any middle aged man who is looking for nice looking, nice fitting jeans, without having to deal with some store that has no time for you, because they are too busy listening to their music loudly, or texting with friends.Thank you for excellent service.

I have always had great service at this location, but I went in today and the blonde lady working was all but helpful. She disregarded my presence in the store and had an extremely negative tone when talking to other customers. I will not be back!
