Since they raised their prices to match other grocery stores, it's no longer advantageous to shop here. Especially for the same price you can go somewhere else and get actual quality. You messed up Walmart. You're just the low grade option, for the same price. People aren't stupid you know.

Their great value cream is always a hit or miss. I would say it's a 50% chance that you'll get curdled cream with both the 10% and 18% cream. No other brand has this issue... I would give 4 stars for their pricing on most food products but they need to focus on the quality of their own dairy and meat before that happens.

Pretty decent. Using cash at the self check out can be inconvenient.

We came from Ontario and had a number of items to pick up. The Walmart in Victoria was the biggest Walmart we had ever seen and we were a bit lost. We met one of the staff "Ken... the happy helper" was great and helped us find everything we needed. Thanks.... We were also impressed with the cart escalator to the parking lot ?

Worst place for order pickup, no cell/internet in pickup area...
So many temporary workers are her who don't care about Walmart's commitment and quality of service to customers.
Worst ever place for mobile order pickup

Last few times I went I felt like I was being watched. Employee asked me to move to new self checkout after I had scanned over 200$ worth of groceries. "Sorry, something is wrong with system...I can scan for you or you can go to new self checkout" ummm, no thanks ...I will go to new check out. Then, the same error message comes up and a new employee comes up to say the same thing. I asked a bit angry, "If the system is down why is everyone else not getting the same error message?". I then realized that they thought I was stealing and this was their passive aggressive way of trying to "catch" me. I was pissed and made them unpack everything and just left. Lucky for me they left 2 tomatoes. Thanks for the free produce Walmart scum. Stop profiling people that look poor. It's disgusting af.

I decided to use the website for this location for delivery instead of using Amazon. I ordered a bookcase, dog food and dog biscuits totaling over $200. Any order over $25 is free delivery. I confirmed my order for a delivery date for Thursday September 5th. To my surprise, I got a knock on the door from my neighbour below me that I have a delivery. The delivery person had thrown the box and bag of dog food on the porch and left the big box with the bookcase sitting across the porch stairs at the bottom. They didn't ring my door bell, just left my things, and ran (my neighbour said). My order was delivered Tuesday September 2nd. I did not get a text, an email or knock on my door that my delivery was made on September 2nd; however, an email came through Wednesday September 3rd saying items had arrived with times. WRONG! I then noticed on the email that I was charged for shipping (not delivery fee) on the dog biscuits and dog food. I called customer service and was told Walmart's policy is to charge customers a shipping fee if the online order comes from the warehouse which is not shown prior to order, only after, which is misleading and a scam. The items would be shipped to the store anyway. It is an extra expense that is falsely placed on customers. In order to not be charged a shipping fee, you have to cancel before it's processed and then either pick up at store (with a shipping fee) or shop on Amazon or other stores. I tried to support Walmart but it was disappointing and a scam. Also, waiting to talk to a customer service agent took 30 minutes on hold even when it said 1 minute. Very bad experience.

Was there on August 27th witness a blonde middle aged floor manager yelling and be littleing a the greeter when he was taking initiative to get carts.. and speaking to him in such a manner that she should have been called out brought in by the head of operations and spoken to ..
She also spoke to a self checkout cashier in the same tone,
To top it off we bought groceries/snacks for our ferry ride back to the mainland I purchased donuts only to find them extremely expired..
The bananas are stocked In boxes and are un organized with empty boxes. And a mess
I'd expect alot more coming from a supercenter in such a nice area.

So many things in electronics- even cheap items- are locked up in glass cases. It makes me feel like Victoria must be completely crime ridden with theft. Walmart needs to find a better way because I won’t buy things out of a case. Prices seemed pretty high compared to elsewhere on Vancouver island.

There’s literally no sign telling you where to go for PICKUP. Let me save you the trouble, go to L1.
I had to drive around the whole parking area for 30 minutes to figure that out. IT SHOULD BE EASY TO PUT SOME SIGNS but oh boy
