The service from the older lady is very bad, I've been to this store twice and both times she was pretty rude, barely seems like she wants to help you and today glaring at me. The guy was friendly at least but told me wrong information that I couldn't take back my item at the store, contrary to the customer service instructions... definitely wouldn't go back to this location!

Purchased a pair of $200+ shoes from the Mayfair location, and am beyond disappointed with the customer service. At first I went to the store because I knew they carried well made, well regarded brands. I found the initial interaction lacking but still found the shoes I wanted anyways. Confirmed with the sales person that they appeared to fit, despite the fact that she didn't really do more than stand beside me.Well, I tried wearing them a couple times and they are too narrow. Do some digging and find out that that is because I was actually sold a narrow fit without being informed of it! No one asked or informed me that there were widths, despite me mentioning that this was my first ever pair from this brand. After contacting customer service and I was essentially told too bad, I'd worn them, so they wouldn't exchange or make it right. For a brand that touts itself as caring for their customers, and literally having comfort in the name, I now have expensive shoes that are paperweights. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere in future.

The shoes tend to me more expensive that if you shop around, but the loyalty system should make up for it (haven't bought enough pairs yet), as well as the customer service. Marilyn was able to discount a pair of shoes that had been priced incorrectly on the shelf, for me.Though it seemed like it had been a long day, she could probably use a paid vacation!I'll be back the next time I need shoes that don't require toe protection.

(Reviewing the website). ordered a pair of boots and slippers. The boots didn’t fit right so returned and ordered different style which were perfect. If you know your size of the shoe you want it’s great. Unfortunately they charge return postage but that’s fair.

Very helpful staff. Brought in a shoe I was interested in my size, all on day I had been to store. Tried shoe the following day and appreciated staff help with tweaking fit.

I want to thank Marilyn for her excellent service this morning! She patiently brought me many pairs of shoes until I found just the right fit! She really knows her stuff and I highly recommend her and the variety of shoes at this location!

I bought a pair of white sandals from the Mayfair store. The service at this store is non existent!!!! The girl that got the first pair of sandals just handed them to me and walked away! We were one of two people in the store. Three associates holding down the pay station looking out at nothing. Now I’m a person that has an extremely bad back and can’t bend over to re-adjust the straps on the sandals. My husband ended up doing it. I walked around and realized a larger size was needed so I asked and she sat the box down and took them out and promptly took the others to the back. Once again my husband re-adjusted the straps. All the time the three just rest themselves on the pay station. Went to pay and was told it was $2.00 for a bag!!! $2.00 really!!!!!No service and $2.00 for a bag!Never would i recommend this store and would even go so far as to tell people in the store to go to hillside store!!!!!
