Ordered boots online that were too big. Brought them back in person and was able to exchange them easily for a new pair that fit. Was impressed with the customer service, as well as the footwear selection in the store. Will definitely come back next I’m in need of some new shoes. Thanks!

Enjoyed my new sandals yesterday as I was out and about. So comfortable and I love the look. The ordering process was easy. Everything I needed to return was supplied. But I won’t be returning. Quick delivery. Definitely super satisfied.

The boots I ordered came rather quickly after a hiccup with shipping services was sorted out, originally it was to be shipped with a smaller courier service but they were deemed unreliable, Walk In Comfort on Fort Street changed gears, found a new courier and had the order underway within a day or two.

I can't rave enough about the exceptional customer service these guys gave me. I was cutting it slim, ordering a pair of sandals online that I wanted to take on a trip with me. They were sold out in every other store near me in Vancouver so this was my last hope. After emailing them to see if they could please post the shoes as soon as possible, they went absolutely above and beyond to get my order to me quickly and I managed to get them in time for my trip! Shout out to Kiki who was assisting me.

I bought a pair of slip on Clark's shoes here (interwoven tops) here and I really never wore them. I left them in my shoe closet for probably years and when I came to wear them yesterday they just disintegrated. The soles fell away in chunks and the side came unattached from the sole. Decay of stitching? I wrote to head office and they didn't take any notice of my complaint and said they would do nothing. I sent pictures of the inner soles to prove that I hadn't worn them hardly at all. Along with pictures of the decay.I was surprised to only get a generic response saying they would do nothing.
