I always like coming here to get affordable clothing pieces, and the staff are always super friendly! I came in today with the intent to purchase quite a few items and as my hands were getting full I asked if I could set my stuff down at the counter and they were super nice about it :) the gentleman who checked me out apologized for taking a bit longer as he was new, but I assured him it was okay and that I was the one buying so much stuff! My goodness! Always have a great time in this store, lovely staff and nice tidy atmosphere

Me and some friends are out shopping and we decided to stop in here.
When we walked in, didn’t seem that busy.
There was a handful of employees walking around the store, tiding things because it was getting closing time. I found some items and I started trying on a jacket in front of a mirror ended up liking it, so I started lining up to pay. My other two friends also lined up to pay and at this point the store was set to close in 15 minutes.
The employees turned off the music, and I noticed that one of the security guards was talking to the manager, who I know now from the other reviews here as Manvi. They caught someone shoplifting or so they thought the woman walked out of the store and remarked about always being profiled for this and how frustrating it was. I’m not sure she even stole.
The manager then stood around openly gossiping about the shoplifter. There were two lines on each side of the tills. Not one associate tried clarifying to any of the customers which line they should go into so a lot of people ended up being really confused and three lines ended up being formed. I saw one of my friends try to go up to the till and he was cut off by another person who ended up skipping the line.
That was the first strike for me.
The second strike was my interaction with a store manager Manvi, who barely looked up at me, and instead decided to gossip to the worker behind her, who was ringing in my friend about the shoplifter. She never acknowledge that I was standing in front of her, nor did she even ask me how my day was. I wasn’t even included in the shoplifting conversation! The only time she spoke to me was when she told me how much my total was.
Then my other friend came up to me and told me that she was charged for a paper bag, but never got one. She said she felt rushed through her whole transaction.
After this, I lost it. I went up to the other till and waited in line. Mind you there was another line across from me of people may be about 20 of them still waiting. I feel bad for all of them and the fact that none of this made any sense no workers were helping the manager was guiding other people to go clean up the change rooms instead of trying to actually get everyone checked out.
The manager noticed I was pissed off at this point, and she goes oh it’s OK I can give you the paper bag no problem. I proceed to let off and tell her everything I think about how horrible her customer service is. I said this loudly in front of many people in the store because I want her to learn a lesson and hopefully they can improve their service.
She didn’t even let me speak because she kept saying sorry profusely over and over. She thought I was upset about the bag and didn’t actually understand that I was upset because she didn’t pay attention to her customers. She openly gossiped about a store issue instead of helping her teams and had no professionalism what so ever.
She should not be the manager. I think she needs more training.

The prices are reasonable, the colors are vivid and very cute. I would also recommend it to anyone looking to buy sporty clothes. Recommended for people who want to buy sporty clothes

Went in to look for ugly sweaters,bought two leggings,two sexy dresses for my wife,grinch onesy.Also left with damaged mannequin to make my 2023 Santa clause. Will definitely recommend this store as staff and management definitely went out of their way to help.

WORST. Customer service. EVER. On more than one occasion I have stood in line on my lunch break to purchase things and have ended up leaving because the amount of time it takes them to serve one person is INSANE. I have never seen lazier or slower moving employees in my life. Today, after I finally got up to the counter, got acknowledged by the employee as wanting to pay, then he turned around and him and the other 3 employees stood leaning on the counter watching a security guard follow a shoplifter for a while, until I had to interrupt and politely ask if I could pay for my items so I can get back to work. If that was the first time it’s be one thing, but it’s like this every time unfortunately and quite frankly, it’s very disrespectful of other peoples time. Will not be back, you shouldn’t have to beg employees to let you purchase something in a clothing store.

They have a very poor return policy. They won't provide a refund on anything, and for a large number of items they won't even give an in-store credit. Apparently this is written in small print on your receipt, which they hand you AFTER you have already made your purchase. Don't ever purchase anything from here unless you are absolutely, 100% certain that it is the right size, shape, colour, style, etc, of something that you are sure you want, because you will likely be stuck with it afterwards whether you change your mind or not. Or better yet, save yourself the worry and just go someplace else.

My experience if I could give it 0 I would, the staff was no where to be found the whole time I was there. The store was not clean either. When I was checking out the lady in the photo was being extremely mean to the girl she was training. Was also being extremely rude to me and my friends when we were confused about something. I had, had enough so I told her she didn’t need to be so rude she laughed at me. I told the girl in training that she was super nice and was doing an amazing job and to have a nice day. As I was leaving the lady in the photo called me a “stupid c*nt” I had turned back and said that was not appropriate in a work place and I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me so I took this photo she called me a bunch of other names I really don’t think that is appropriate for a work place I will not be coming back horrible experience I felt attacked

I went into the store wanting to trade in a piece that i got in a size too small. I didn’t receive a receipt upon my purchase because they had ran out of paper. I later came in trying to trade in this piece for a larger size and the manager asked me for information which is reasonable. I had to show proof of my purchase through a bank statement which takes a while but she had rushed me and told me she was unwilling to look through purchases that I thought were the specific one. It was a lot unnecessary attitude that would’ve all been avoided if the change rooms were being run and I didn’t have to wait a while to not even try on the clothing.

NEVER AGAIN: The selection is basically the same stuff in different colors, so almost no choice in styles. But the reason that I give one star is their returns and exchange policy which they do NOT clearly state, even when you ask about it. With COVID, they do NOT allow you to try things on, and they only allow exchange or return for store creditNO REFUNDS. Once they have your money, they never let it go.Well, I won't be going there again.NEVER AGAIN.
