The parking lot is horribly designed. We go there for my daughter's dentist, other than that there is Thrifty Foods and a Popeye's chicken.

Small little place with everything you need, food, liquor and dope. What else do you need. Also it's very difficult to find parking on the surface so you need to go to underground parking if you are driving there during anytime where it is busy

Tuscany village... imagine you were so depraved that you could name a complex that contains a dispensary, a much burrito, some greasy smelling chicken joint and a broken fountain; Tuscany village. This place maybe has the culture of the inside of a Tuscan dumpster in the worst part of Tuscany but not more. Name it for what it is, "cheap imitation of a brothel in Florence with cheesy gauche tourist Bazar underneath village."The parking also really sucks.I do like the Thrifty's liqour store, good selection of beer and wine, 5 stars for them.

Worst parking lot in Victoria for cars and pedestrians. Expensive stores missing crucial items. The new chicken place smells horrible and makes you gag if you need to use the crosswalk.

Parking could do with an update/rethink. The parking between Original Joe's and the bank should be painted lines only. No curbs or walkways. The traffic direction around the Papa John's building should be one way running clockwise (except in front of Thriftys).Good service mall with Thriftys, Mucho Burrito, Subway, Rexall, and Thrifty Liquor.

Good place for shopping. Parking is very congested and poorly design.Use to good place to live but from 20021, when they opened fast food poppy's restaurant the bad grease, and oil smelled very bad in the plaza. Residence in the plaza has to keep their windows closed.
