Beautiful store and well-categorized. I’m not much of a designer brand girl, but for those who are… this is your place. High end brands galore and a large Aritzia section. I found some lululemon items upstairs. It’s clean and feels like a high end boutique. Helpful and friendly staff too!

Bizarre store. First time in the Victoria store today. Spent time going through racks and picking out clothes to try on. Staff was pleasant and would take the item I selected and bring it to changing room. Once I got to the changing room I went In and the sales clerk stated I can’t bring my bag into the changing room. I was confused as I didn’t have a bag. I asked her if she meant my purse. She said yes I cannot bring my purse into the changing room. States because it is large and people steal. I explained that my wallet, cash, credit cards etc are in it. She said i can leave my bag at the front desk and that it is policy no bags in the charging room. I’m not sure what person In their right mind would leave their purse at a store front desk. I can totally understand a back pack but not a purse. My purse doesn’t even have a zipper. It’s a bucket bag so you can see inside. Anyways, super weird experience. Will never go back. I suggest that the store should put up signs stating no purses in the changing room so people do not have to waste their time in the store.

Staff are very friendly. Top notch customer service. I came wearing the most raggedy casual wear and did not feel judged at all. Lol. Fair prices and great selection! :)

Showed up Sunday only to find a note on the door ( CLOSED ) What ? I called during the week and no one said anything about summer hours! Drove from Parksville to pick up on line purchases ?

The store is well organized and very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. One side is all women's clothing and accessories and the other side is change rooms as well as some women's accessories and then some men's items. It has the atmosphere of shopping in a consignment store on South Granville in Vancouver. Some of the prices seem optimistic. There are definitely designer things here that you can't find anywhere else in Victoria. It is well worth a look.

Great store for consigning and shopping. I've been a patron of the Vancouver stores for years and the Victoria store does not disappoint.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and well organized, and has a bright ambience.For consigning, they have a standard pay out of 40% for the sale of your item. Towards the end of the consignment they will discount the item or ultimately donate it if it doesn't sell.Overall, it's one of my favourite places to shop and consign.

The staff here is what makes this place special. They are always so welcoming and kind. I am a regular and find great deals on my fav brands while enjoying some friendly chat. They give you honest options with no pushy sales tactics.Very fair pricing and very well laid out.

I came here because I heard they have good quality face masks for sale. Neat little boutiquey store. Masks for sale were good, been using for a few weeks now and they are very comfortable and have a removable and washable filter pad on the inside.

Great place to shop but a terrible place to consign. They give you such low ball amounts for designer and name brand items. If you just want to get rid of your stuff ok but if you want the value you deserve take it to a store that gives you a better deal. 23.00 cash offerfor 400.00 worth of clothing is a rip off.

A high style consignment store. I ended up in there by accident, but found some nice pieces for my wife and she returned. Price of items drop every day until someone buys, so if you like an item but want a better price, you can wait, but you risk losing out to someone else. Conceptually a fun competition. Great staff and excellent selection.
