I am so pleased to have found Tulipe and Noire. They carry a gorgeous curated selection of timeless, modern, high-quality clothing. Today I walked out of Tulipe and Noire with a dream pair of jeans, perfect form fitting, tweed slacks, a classic navy blue blazer, and a beaming smile on my face.

I had probably the best customer service experience ever thanks to Joanie, who works in the Duncan store… .. I will keep going back to all three of the stores! Lovely clothing as well , I always find something beautiful to wear!

I want to give a huge shout out too this little gem of a boutique. They have the most lovely clothes and brands that I adore. I found a pair of coveted jeans this summer and asked if they came in black while shopping this Fall. Happy to report they were not only tracked down and ordered, they were delivered.What fantastic customer service. ????

I gave them a 4 because this isn't a huge store so the selection is a BIT limited. BUT that said this is a terrific store! I love the range of clothing makes--including some nicely selected Eileen Fisher clothes--and some brands I wasn't familiar with. They also have nice leggings and my underwear --Hanky Panky. I brought an elderly friend in here recently and the saleswoman was lovely and really worked hard to help her find some clothes. They have gorgeous cashmere sweaters in nice styles and very different cashmere colors (not soft pinks and soft blues but greys and blacks etc). While she helped my friend I found a wonderful soft turtleneck for layering, some underwear and was happy as could be. TN is now on my list of places to regularly shop! Glad to hear they have sales. YES the prices are high IN SOME CASES --- for example Eileen Fisher is high priced at EVERY store that carries it. As an older woman (67) I like the fact that the store is not bursting with clothes and they are displayed nicely so you can actually see the clothes that you might want to try on. And the staff person or owner? was very up on trends and the clothes she sells.

One of my favorite stores in Victoria. High quality clothing is found here, and it can be expensive. They do have sales and carry some of my favorite mid priced lines.
