My wife and I popped into Treck Wear looking for rain resistant jackets. Without any pressure Victor took his time and found exactly what we were looking for. A very nice shopping experience. I highly recommend Victor and his shop!

Whenever we are in Victoria we always go to Treck Wear to check out the new arrivals. Vincent is always pleasant and helpful. Had a problem with a previous purchase from a year ago and he replaced it free of charge. Rarely find that customer service anymore, which is why we keep going back.

Perhaps the best customer service I’ve experienced in any retail experience over the past few years. Victor is a true gentleman who knows his products well and who guided me to find the right jacket for my needs. Great quality products as well, but the five star review is given here for Victor’s knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness without being pushy, and good follow up. If you’re in Victoria and need outerwear go see Victor at Trekwear and you will have no regrets.

Very helpful staff and high quality products. Victor helped me right away and made sure I was getting the right jacket for what I was using it for. They have very heavy and warm jackets down to ultralight shells. Fleeces, puffy jackets, touques and hats. Thanks!

Really sold me on a poor quality rain jacket that leaks like a colander telling me it was "the best". They gave me a pretty good price but at least tell me what I'm buying. I would have been willing to pay more for one that actually works.

Stormtech outdoor wear is the best. I love this new store location. The prices are in line with, or lower than, the prices Stormtech have on their website. I always appreciate the time the staff takes when explaining the technical details of the waterproof/breathable features. By the way , as this store only sells and services products made by Stormtech, it is my go to location when in Victoria.
